I love the carpet in the room the whole set up was nice

The property was nice all around only thing I didn’t appreciate is I booked thru booking and It stated I pay at the property so i didn’t like the fact that I didn’t arrive at 3pm that I assumed the front desk clerk assumed as well that I wasn’t coming just bc I wasn’t there by 3pm no where did I inform anyone that I would be checking in at that time bc i wasn’t sure I would make it at 3pm so I had to make a payment over the phone to secure my room which I was actually staying two night and after I went ahead an payed for one night the front desk clerk still ask me was I’m sure I’m coming after I already twice stated I was coming into town for a concert

The host at the time of check-in was very helpful. we found some issues with our room right away, and he assured me i would not have to worry about any extra charges.

the cleaning staff needs replaced. we found a cigarette butt in the bathroom behind the trash can. a frostbite frozen pizza in the freezer. the comp. shampoo and conditioner were not replaced from the last guests they were half full. the bed spread had burned holes in it. There is not enough parking for the crammed in 3 hotels there. exiting from the parking lot is dangerous.

The staff was nice, the room was pretty clean, ac worked great and over all beds were comfortable.

The property itself was too close to others. Also GPS takes you to the right when coming in to the other hotel. Parking is tight as well. The blow dryer did not work in our room. There was hair left in the bathtub we cleaned before using shower. Besides that it was clean and hospitality was nice.

It's nothing that I didn't like

The hotel was nice. Check-in was simple, and the rooms were clean. The only thing I did not like was the lack of parking. One housekeeper was very rude when I asked if she could change the sheets on one of our beds because my 3-year-old had an accident the night before.

Most of my interactions were with Courtney, the evening desk attendant, and Bobby the manager. Part of my visit was thelp an elderly settle his affairs before moving to Chicago. Courtney was very helpful in loaning me office supplied that I didn't have like a stapler and scissors. Bobbie and Courtney were very professional in helping me realize that the backpack and iPad that I thought were stolen from the room was at my cousin's house. Courtney accurately communicated my concern to Bobbie. Bobbie reviewed the key logs and video and reported that the video showed me checking that my door was locked and walking away with a backpack.

The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Those are to be expected I suppose but the team there seemed to really care.

Booked at the last miniute and was very happy with the room. It looked just like the photo online. Clean , modern and contemporary. Super comfortable bed ,"pillow top"!. Great water pressure . was located close to several restaurants and was right off of the thruway.

The breakfast was your standard fare.. Eggs were a little stiff Could be better. Coffee was horrible weak and tastless.

It was 2 towel sets in the room and we had a party of 3 and when we asked the front attendant for an extra set, he was hesitant and kept saying he needed the used ones first but eventually gave us one more towel

wifi and free breakfast

clean under and behind the bed, there was a spider that met me on the wall under the headboard. the headboard should be moved down to align with the mattress. Should never be a large space from the headboard and the actual bed/mattress
