The location was great. It wasn’t too far from my job and there were plenty of food options around.

There was a lot of damage that needed to be repaired. When we walked into our room, there was a large hole in the wall and it looked as if someone just attempted to paint over it.

Everyone there was friendly and nice, great customer service, will come back and stay again...

I didn't like that they didn't come and clean the bathrooms every other day. I was there for a week other than that everything was fine. But they did solve the problem once I addressed it.

Our check in was Ealy morning but still greeted with a positive person. It was quiet even though the place was full .it was close enough to where we were going

There really wasn't anything to dislike would have been nice to have used the pool

Location is good for those who maybe enjoy the nightlife there is a club next door. It stayed surprisingly quiet and I was able to rest peacefully so I didn’t mind. There is a Starbucks in front of the hotel so that was a nice way to start my day off.

some of the staff, rude and unprofessional. maintenance/cleaning crew needs to be upgraded, I had one of the maintenance people try to get in after I told them to hold on due to the fact I wasn’t dressed. so when they opened the door when I had the top lock on I got nasty with them and said I told y’all to wait and I know they heard me but wanted they wanted to be extra I guess!

The hotel staff is awesome from desk clerks to maids to maintenance. The location is great and the fact the hotel is Dog Friendly made our stay basically perfect as Isaac isn't just a dog, he's a member of our family and La Quinta Augusta, treated him as just that.

The bar nextdoor is very loud and obnoxious at night.
