When we booked the room, we stated that we had five people staying in the room. There were three adults and two children. The staff member at the front desk informed me that we would have two queen size beds in our room when I checked in. However, when we entered the room, the beds were actually full-size beds and not at all big enough. We had mentioned this to the staff multiple times, and we were told everything that we were wrong every time. In the end we had to purchase an air mattress for the children. The staff member did not offer a different room and seemed annoyed that we brought the issue to her attention more than once. She did say that they have suites that have a king-size bed and a pull out couch, but she never gave us a price or asked if we wanted to switch rooms.

It was very nice and everything but they said we was smoking when we wasn't we just burned incense then when they called to say they took the deposit they went though the trash said they seen stuff why would they dig in trash i took out of room but it's whatever next time I will make sure it's a smoking room so I can burn whatever I want to

The best deal you will find in Augusta. But it is a "construction" hotel. The majority of the guests are construction workers, but they are much much better than the typical motel guests at places in this area. It's quite, reasonably clean and the breakfast was very good. It's not a 5 star hotel, but I stayed at three hotels in town and you WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR THE MONEY IN THIS CRAP HOLE TOWN.

After my experience with two other places in Augusta, not really anything that was to bad. Could be a little cleaner in the rooms, but still far superior then the rest of the affordable places in town.

Clean, cafe corner, breakfast, safe. The guy I check out with was happy, smiling and ask if I enjoyed my stay

The floor I stayed on was a bit loud but I work nights and life happens during the day.

Quiet and comfortable.

The to go breakfast could use alot of improvements. Not enough choices. Also, the in room Safe was inoperational. Would not lock.

The convenience of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room.

Breakfast could have a little bit better. Basketball tournament took place and a lot of the players ate most of the breakfast that was provided. When my family arrived only scraps were left.

The staff were wonderful and very pleasant with any questions or concern

The construction noise was a little disturbing but I was warned ahead of time so I was expecting it.

The front desk associate was extremely nice and helpful to accommodate the extra supplies we needed for our room. The room was clean and very comfortable.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

How clean it was.

I like that the room was cleaned.

The room was extremely hot when we stepped in it. Changed the unit from heat to air and it just seemed like the room ac wasn’t getting cold like it should. The back of the remote was missing.
