There credit card machine didn't work and they couldn't take a visa.

There was no cable so you couldn't watch TV and the wifi sucked so bad you might as well say they didn't have that either. Oh yeah and the toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet

That was absolutely nothing about this place that I liked. I actually left a day early because it was horrendous.

The facility was dirty. It smelled bad. The staff was disrespectful. I was actually cursed out by the night manager for asking for clean towels and washcloths. Was told that they only provide one towel and one washcloth per couple. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The sheets were dirty. The TV didn't work. But I was told that there is no refund. So I left a day early and went and got a good room from somewhere else. I will never recommend this place. This place should be taken off of booking.com. there were drug sales being made right outside of my room. And the night manager threatened to do me harm. She should definitely be removed from the premises.

The photos, amenities, and facilities advertised on Booking.com for Budget Inn Express 1616 Gordon Hwy Augusta; GA are FRAUDULENT.

The staff was very nice and pleasant.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Smells bad. The ceiling had water stains everywhere. The ac wasn't working right. The bathroom was horrible. Shower was not working right. The bathroom door had been kicked in before so couldn't close it. The floors were dirty. The sheets had stains on them. So we used a blanket we had in the car. Power outlets didn't keep plugs in. Worst overnight stay in my life.

The one manager “ma” and the maintenance man were both the best parts of the stay.

The room. The stairs. No elevator. The owners were rude and mean and they kicked us out a day early because they didn’t explain their policies.

I liked when I left that place

Nothing was cleaned, someones belongings were left behind in the room (we didn't touch them it was just a kid's toy) and there were drug addicts all over the parking lot. And not to mention the bathroom was very dirty and not usable. I got the hotel to shower and sleep and the shower was unusable.
