Location, history, the porch and breakfast. Bellmen Howard and Will made my stay more special. And Rebecca in the restaurant manager and Makala my server at dinner. Kitchen served frozen lettuce wedge and over cooked bread with the spinach dip.

My hotel king suite … was hot in the bedroom. Room 416 has a dip in the floor - a hole under the carpet going into the bathroom. My foot kept stepping into it. Recommend you pull up the carpet and repair it before someone falls and gets hurt. I requested a handicap room, there were 2 series of stairs leading from elevator to room 416.

The Partridge Inn is a classic. Plenty of Southern hospitality and old school charm. Our room had a nice sitting area, which served our visit well. We didn't eat in the restaurant because we were in town for Thanksgiving and had plenty of great food with our family, but we did have drinks and snacks on the roof, which was delightful. They had a nice selection of whiskeys to choose from, heaters for the night chill, and live entertainment. Tip: there's a snack menu, but you can also order off the restaurant menu.

Reminds me of some of the old-school hotels in Boston. If you like shiny new construction, this isn't the place for you. Some elements definitely show their age. We paid for valet daily because self-park only cost a couple of dollars less per night and it made our life convenient, but it was pretty spendy with tips coming and going. There's really nothing to walk to, so you need to get your car whenever you want to go anywhere.

Such a charming and beautiful hotel! It met and exceeded all expectations. The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate an early check in for us so that we could make the funeral service we were in town for. The roof top bar is the MOST amazing feature! Don't miss it. Love the added bonus of a shuttle to take us and pick us up from dinner. Just prepare yourself, this is a historic hotel. It has been updated but some reviews don't seem to take that into consideration.

Again, historic hotel. We knew there might be some hiccups but that is part of the charm! I am a hot sleeper and the comforter on the bed is WARM. We had a hard time getting the room cool enough at night and I wish we could have figured out how to run the fan the whole time for some white noise!

The property is located in great part of town to get from place to place. All the bell hops and shuttle drivers (me James, mr Charles, Mr Norman, mr clay) were all great in giving their advice on places to visit as well as giving a great service. The bar/restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Tomika, Mark, Brandon, Rebecca and all those i met during the stay made it just that little bit more homely. Great place for business travellers.

The only downside, and it’s a small thing, my door to my room had a rather large gap at the bottom which come the evenings and mornings made it quite loud

Great locale. Central to downtown Augusta and Historic Hill section . Beautiful quaint historic hotel - one of a kind in Augusta. Staff was extraordinary, very friendly, helpful and happy to see you!

Bedroom was hot even when turning thermostat down. Missing a few traditional amenities such as bar soap, shower cap and Kleenex.

The bathrooms are small and not well finished - quick paint job, shower curtain - not in keeping with the setting or rates. Parking is an additional $22 per day, self-park or valet. The upstairs cafe is also a little rough. Staff wearing random t-shirts so it felt more like a roadside diner, but with $$$ prices.

I really liked the locations of the rooms, the friendliness of the entire staff, the location of the ice machine and the I definitely loved the rooftop area!

I didn't like the fact of booking online if you selected pay at the hotel because when you arrive to check in at the front desk the price doesn't match the price you pay to book online. It was actually $50 more.

We enjoyed the breakfasts at the Resturant on site.

Doesn’t makes sense to me to have to pay an additional fee to park on site. If I’m staying at your hotel why do I get hit with an additional charge to park my car?

It was really really nice as a out of town person for work I run my own company and I stayed here just to give it a try and a person at the front desk named Lisa really helped my experience great customer service and professionalism I hope to come back to see she’s running the place

Was exceptional, want to give special thanks to James Searcy and the shuttle drivers for saving our vacation after our car was wrecked and they came to get us and took us around town and to the airport twice ,
