The hotel was in a great place and the staff was excellent. The banquet food was good. The hotel was clean and they were accommodating.

They only thing I didn't like, I was at the rooftop bar. I had to go to the bar and order my food. When it came back, it was wrong, then it came back, and the salmon wasn't done. The fried green tomatoes were cooked in old grease and were greasy. Then called for a manager it took him an hr to come but he did come he took care of the situation and apologized. The 1st waitress behind the bar never came back after the second time. The other young lady came to check on us and she got the manager to co.e and see what we needed.

The only problem with the location is parking if you are not totally mobile. Even though there was a parking deck it’s hard to get over to the front door with a walker. It would be nice if on the side street there was handicap parking spaces with a low curb. Other than that the entire stay was great!!! Staff, room and ease of movement in the hotel.

See previous answer. Other than that everybody was accommodating as well as the room. Love to come stay at your hotel again.

Rude and condescending front desk attendant when I called from home to inform the hotel that I was overcharged. She talked at and to me, refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and questioned why I booked my reservation through booking.com instead of with the hotel. Very unprofessional. PS: The hotel did overcharged me. But booking.com saw it for it was, and had the integrity to reimburse me the difference. Something Crowne Plaza was unwilling to do; even though I had provided them with empirical evidence that they did overcharged me. Shame on you Crowne Plaza. Please send that front desk attendant for a refresher course. Her people skills were/are atrocious.

Loved the location (on the waterfront). I was there for the dog show and the walk, along the riverfront, was perfect. Well lit at night. Loved the bar and the restaurant on the property.

I’ve never had a hotel refuse to make a bed because a put my own blanket on the bed?!?!? The bed cover is white and I have two dogs with me: one it’s to help keep the cover cleaner and two it has the smells of my home and it calms the dogs. But to have not cleaned the coffee area and give me more coffee is unacceptable!!! This happened both days, but the second day, at least they gave me more coffee.

Great location; hotel has a restaurant inside as well as restaurants surrounding it. The rooftop bar is super nice with friendly staff, definitely a great vibe at night.

While my check-in process was a breeze, my checkout process not so much. Yes, checkout time is 11 am but god forbid I’m 8 months pregnant moving a little slower than normal had housekeeping knock at 11:04 on the dot then proceeded to even try to enter the room until I had to physically walk closer to the door to yell “checking out”. I was literally 10 minutes behind (checked the clock) and another housekeeper knocked on the door as I was actually on my way out. Opened the door but no one was there. For the price of the rooms you would think the hotel cleaning staff wouldn’t try to throw you out if you’re just a few minutes behind. And while on the subject of price/rates for the amount you pay there should be a microwave in the room.

The breakfast was good. The service was good. The location was perfect. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants.

Booking.com gave me my grand total how much my stay was going to be, but when I checked out my grand total was more money out of pocket. I was very disappointed. I have been using booking.com for years and never had this problem.

Everything, from the staff, to the view outside to the comfortable beds, bathroom looked so clean and so modern, everyone was so professional, breakfast at salt and marrow was exceptionally amazing, the waitress whose name I forgot was very nice and friendly, the receptionist was very nice and always kept a smile , these people deserve a raise just because!! I loved this hotel and would definitely recommend for special events !! 10/10

Front desk was always friendly & professional. I happen to be there when the hurricane went through. We did lose electricity for several hours and i really appreciate everyone was calm and collective. Great stay even tho electricity was out and bar/restaurant closed. Room & bed was very comfortable!

Wish there was a dimmer light for the bathroom.

I liked the fact that a good quality restaurant and bar were on-site. You didn't have to leave if you didn't want to however if you wanted to it was an easy walk to great food and drinks.and the riverwalk was a nice, peaceful plus. I also liked the communication via text, professional and helpful staff - kudos to Nathaniel who checked us in.

The only issue was that at the time we went to the pool it was really full of what looked like black tree residue. It was really yucky looking and stopped us from getting in. It was cleaned by the next morning however.

Great property. Loved the hotel. But they overcharged me. They didn’t adhere to my booking.com reservation fee/payment.

I was overcharged. When I booked my reservation with Booking.com, my hotel room was supposed to cost $1095.00. This fee/price was supposed to include fees and taxes. Crowne Plaza charged my credit card $1222.00. An issue that I’ve already notified Booking.com. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.
