I love my stay. It was very clean and comfortable, but the Wi-Fi was not good at all. Could not do any work. Had to connect my cell phone Hotspot. Television would not connect with Wi-Fi or even screen share from my phone. That was the only problem that I had.

I did not like that I could not rely on the Wi-Fi or watch television with Netflix and other apps that is on the television because the television would not connect. The Wi-Fi was really bad other than that. I had a great day. I use my hotspot the whole time.

When I checked in, the front desk young lady was very nice. They had lemon and lime water, and coffee waiting for me. The room was very nice, I drank my coffee and that was it. In the morning I met my family in the dining area and the young lady that was cooking the food was WONDERFUL! She said good morning to everyone, and I mean EVERYONE I told her that I love it because most employees are angry and you can see it when they bring the food out. She smiled and the breakfast was wonderful all four days! The custodial staff was awesome as well, I needed to change out my soiled linen for fresh linen and I told the young lady that I would be right back to switch out. As soon as I gathered everything together there was a knock at the door and I heard Housekeeping. I opened the door and there she was with the cart. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I know that would be going to Augusta, Ga. I travel a lot and I will definitely look for a Choice Hotel from now on. I am traveling in November for my 57th Birthday and I most definitely will be looking to a Choice Hotel to book! Thanks for a wonderful and restful experience and the food at Logan's Steakhouse, Cheddars, Lizuza and all of the mural of James Brown was amazing!

I really appreciated how clean the facility was. It smells and looks amazing as soon as you walk in and in your room as well. Our hats are off to the housekeeping staff they are A-1!!! The size of my room was perfect! I love rooms with space. The front desk staff was super nice, prompt, friendly, and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely putting this hotel at the top of our list!

I won't say I didn't like it, but I would have liked to see a little bit more from the breakfast selection. I would also have liked the lights at the pool to work at night. I really enjoy evening and night swims but couldn't take advantage of it because they didn't have lights at the pool. The pool is not that big, but it's cozy.

The first thing that hits you is that the location is industrial. Not bad, but if you want to be surrounded by shopping and restaurants you can walk to, this is not the hotel for you. The next thing you notice is how clean the lobby is. And how friendly the staff is. And how easy and fast the check-in was. And how nice and clean and bright the hallways are. And how clean and unusually spacious the room is. And how pleasant the bathroom is. And how ample is the closet space. And how decent the TV in the room is. There’s a coffee maker and a fridge too. The breakfast is well organized and well done— the coffee was hot— and they have fresh fruit, so I was stoked.

The fitness center needs some love. Maybe invest in a rack of dumbbells and a few benches.

The beds were nice. breakfast was ok.

We go there a little late at night. The front desk person was very rude to everyone. I wish I got his name. Like he really had a problem with anyone asking questions. He yelled at me because I was going to spell my last name. He yelled at a little kid just because the kid wanted him to help them order a pizza because he couldn’t speak English well. My husband asked for bedding for the pullout couch and he was like “There down here” so my husband went to get the bedding and he asked for another pillow but the guy was like “No.!you have pillows in the room.” He was so awful. The morning front desk clerk was nice and the breakfast lady was nice

Great location. My request was granted for 2 rooms side by side. Smoking area for smokers. Fridge n microwave in rooms. I like washer n dryer on site.

Now if I have the max allowed in room they only gave 2 big towels. It was a hassle and upset situation requesting more toweles. Was accused of having 10 ppl n one room when I purchased 2 rooms then invited are local friends who purchased them a third room to come spend time with us. I will bring my own toweles next time.

Breakfast was great. We were there for a softball tournament and had one of our daughter's teammates with us, so we had to use the pull-out sofa. I did have to go down and request additional linens.

Being that there were 2 adults and 3 kids in the room we had to go down to the lobby to request an additional washcloth and towel. However, my husband was told they did not have any and was given two pool towels in place of a washcloth and towel.

The guy that got an attitude with me for asking about clean towels and washcloths! Also got an attitude with me for letting him know that my room hadn't gotten cleaned the whole time I was there, even when I requested for my room to get cleaned. He gave me a hard time with asking for cups for the iced lemon water in the lobby and utilizing the store behind the office. The rest of the staff was amazing, and I'm appreciative of them.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It's located in a quiet area and was not very far from places we were visiting. Front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful to meet our needs.

The first room we were given appeared to be not clean and the carpet by the AC was wet. The clerk at the desk was quick to move us to another room which was much better. We loved that it was not close to the elevator and very quiet so we could rest.

The hotel was close to a main street, Washington Rd, and right off Interstate 20. Nice clean room and breakfast was good. Quiet and peaceful location.

There wasn't much in immediate area. Pilot T/A, Wendy's, and a Waffle House. If you're looking for a nightlife area, this ain't it.
