It’s in a nice ducked off location

It was very nice place the bed was so comfortable. Staff was very kind the place was very clean the only thing I would suggest that the breakfast be a little better no eggs were offered with the waffles.

The breakfast was not that great not a lot of choices. Also my room didn't have a table or second chair to eat food.

The coffee was good

More hot food, the only hot food was waffels

The staff was very friendly. It was easy to get in and out of, just pay attention to signs! Overall, it was clean. Checking in, he was busy, but was not flustered at all. There is a nice breakfast area also. The rooms had nice lighting, and the beds are pretty comfortable.

Our room was a little dated. The shower head cover came way out off the wall, and there was a hole, which made us question out safety a bit. Especially with all that is going on. I asked for extra towels for the three women in the room.. there were only 2 towels, and got only 2 more. There was a conditioner on the sink and nothing else. No soap or shampoo in the room. I had to ask for that.

Convenient location, just off interstate and close to everything (much preferred over the congested Washington Road hotel area). Room was very clean and quiet. HVAC and appliances (fridge, microwave, TV) all in good working order. Breakfast is continental and includes fresh fruit, waffles, hot cereal and yoghurt w/ coffee available at all times. Staff is wonderful - always available and helpful, providing excellent customer service, especially Roop and AJ.

Some of the furnishings are older (but still functional). WIFI went out for short periods a few times

We had traveled from Maryland to Georgia through the night, so we got there by 8 am. We were going to go to our daughters house till check-in time at 330 that afternoon. Well, we were not able to rest at her house, so we had nowhere to go . At 10:30 a.m., I went to see if, by chance, we could check in just a little early. The staff was so understanding and did all they could, and we were able to check in at that time. The room was clean, and we were able to rest peacefully. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great budget choice. Nothing fancy but a good nights sleep in a clean modern room at a nice low price. Easy checkin, ample parking.

Got a handicap access room which was mostly fine but had a standard bathtub with an 18 inch high rim that made it impossible for a mobility impaired person to step over it to bathe. Please remove barriers! Breakfast was not worthy of the name. There was nothing but a waffle maker and a coffee machine. Cream was curdled. Location is rather far from Augusta but convenient to I 20.

I was mostly impressed with how well the management was involved with every aspect of my stay, and how they were willing to go above and beyond to excel at “Treat Others How You Want Them To Treat You…” as well as how clean they were. I came right back, again, during recent renovations they’ve been doing and even more to my satisfaction.. I wasn’t disappointed or disturbed. I highly recommend Ana at Microtel by Wyndham and her husband (and brother, Niel) and their great staff to make anyone feel at home it could be this great for me! I never leave reviews? I just felt this great place deserves more attention especially with Master’s right around the corner in Augusta!!! ⛳️🏌️🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

It was affordable and they were great!!

we did not know how to work the tv remote to get to reg channels but a cleaning lady was outside and she got it for us. very nice. could not speak english very well but she had an app to help her so we got it done.

only thing happened that was done while we were in room was they came to check the filter in heating. but this was a snow storm day so they may have needed to. the filter he brought in didn't quit fit but he was nice - not much english- filter stuck out some but we assume was ok.
