Nice pool but pool bathroom has nasty toilet ring, not cleaned in a long time . Nice hot tub but could have been cleaner around nozzles ( black mold seen ). Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Location not so good and needed more attention on cleaning the pool bathroom toilet and the hot tubs around nozzles. Spray cleaner on nozzles and wipe please.

My stay at this was everything I wanted and more.the staff was very helpful and my room was clean..the hot tub worked perfectly.A+ stay for me and mines...my go to place every time I visited Augusta 👍🏿💪🏿

right off I20. room was spacious. nice sized fridge and microwave in room. staff was super friendly. in room coffee but also at breakfast. we didn’t eat but grabbed coffee and a muffin to go. well lit parking lot

our room was above the entrance. people checking in late had a very noisy truck and car doors opening and closing. would maybe not stay in room 203. the bed sheets kept popping off the mattress….slightly annoying. not many take away food options at the exit.

The staff were extremely friendly, considerate, and personal. The room was absolutely perfect; I wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely plan on returning!

The rooms are listed as sound proof, but I could hear the ice machine in the hall and elevator -- my room was diagonally from the machines. However the bed and bedding was so comfortable, I slept through the night with no problems, just those first few minutes. Outside of that, I have no real complaints about the facility. It's probably the best hotel I have stayed, so far.

The breakfast was ok, I would have like it if they had yogurt. The drink machine was out of order .

The staff here are so great, the suite is spacious, the free breakfast is yummy, my kids loved the pool, and the hotel seems to be very quiet.

The front desk receptionist were awesome and the house keeping ladies were very helpful and curtious.

One of the cooks took exception to me getting to breakfast around 840am...and did not want to bring out fresh eggs.

It is being upgraded via renovation to a very nice hotel.

Breakfast hours could be expanded past 9 AM on weekdays

I love everything about the hotel especially the kitchen The large refrigerator lots of cabinets but my downfall was that it didn't have a convection stove. Which would have been very very appreciated.The Food was very good even though we are in Covid-19. No complaints about the service of food And the hospitality was great.

I didn't like that the kitchen didn't supply you with a Small countertop Confection stove. Also the lower floor was very noisy Used to stand up higher but the elevator was broken All the Days we stayed there. Had no Access To the ice machine , we Don't climb stairs because of our age and disability limitations.
