It was clean

Our room was not ready upon arrival. Booking.com’s website added “accessible” to my king room that I selected and made it so that the only room they could put me in was a king accessible room. Hilton informed us that this happens regularly with your website and you won’t change it. We were late to my cousins wedding because of this major delay. Also if you will put your telephone number on your confirmation emails that will help the customer tremendously when trying to contact you. We were unsuccessful in finding a customer service number for you and the hotel had to provide it. Unacceptable. Especially in a hurry. Our check in experience was a disaster. But it was able to get fixed.

I like the location of the hotel. I like that the room and hotel was clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like miss communication with my payment I wasn’t explained on how it would be taking out and I don’t think I should be charged for a fee until I’m actually there. Another was breakfast wasn’t free every Hilton I had stayed at the breakfast was included into the price.

We absolutely love the staff at this hotel. Ms. Mays, Amanda. All of you, just super sweet people. We were in town from Northeast Ohio ,visiting my family in Beech Island. We will choose this hotel again. Thank you!

The hotel was really nice. The room was clean and nice. The pool and jacuzzi was a lot of fun and very clean.

The food at the restaurant was not very good. I ordered chicken and it was really rubbery and gross. The area was pretty nice . There was something sketchy going on down the street at a gas station that made me a little wary but it was nice overall

Breakfast was excellent! (Healthy food) Location was very convenient to where I’m going (bowling alley)

i loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi, i loved the cleanness... I loved the friendly staff. I loved the waiting area ( living room area) Great food! This place very convenient with food, snacks, acholic beverages and also medicine as well!

Breakfast was good but feel it should be included with room stay only charge ppl that doesn't stay.

Everything was magnificent😍 The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and comfortable. The room was exceptional and cozy. I would definitely be going back.

I wasn't please with the prices but oh well. I hope in the future they will offer more savings. Just wishful thinking, huh?

The location was excellent. The staff was very professional and efficient. Everyone was extremely friendly. I like the fact that checkout is not until 12:00 p.m. The suite was very clean as was the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable.

There needs to be more charging bases in the rooms and more regular coffee.
