Everything was just great. The staff very polite and friendly and I was completely satisfied

Room was not so bad. I believe cheap renovations have occurred.

Front Desk saw me standing outside during check in and refused to acknowledge me for over 20 minutes. Office is closed to public and checkin is on the side of office. Unsavory characters were everywhere. Room had no cups, towels were not folded, repairs needed. Off season, before the Masters is not a good time to stay in cheap hotel in Augusta. They did not want my business at the Sunset Inn. I walked next door to another hotel and feel much better.

Close to work

The fact that I scheduled a booking on booking.com and went over to try to go ahead and get the room for the directions that they had they never showed up to the window. I waited for about 10-15 minutes they never showed up to the window again. I believe about 10 more minutes and it didn't show up to the window at all. And then they had to audacity to try to charge my credit card.

I didn't like nothing about it the customer service is really bad the owner was really nasty towards me they gave me a room next to a dude just selling drugs out of the next room it's just was so terrible I asked for my money back and they just do it to me and told me to get the f off their property do not go there anybody that recommend it's a drug hole I wouldn't recommend nobody to go there the place is nasty is filthy the rooms are filthy and the staff is really really sucks the owners really f****** sucks I hate those people thank you
