It was very affordable and did not require a security deposit upon checking in. Furthermore, they let me pay cash on arrival, although I reserved online through booking.com app, with my cash app card, -My cash app account it used to book stays almost NIGHTLY using my booking.com account/app—for most of the year due to work/travel - I was extremely exhausted and it was so late at night that there was nowhere to load my card that was still open.😩😩😠😠 that’s the whole reason I couldn’t prepay before-hand with my account….Despite all the circumstance, this hotel still gave me the booking.com rate through my online booking app which is very much lower than usual due to me traveling 8 months out of the year for work the passed 10 years🤣 my pay day was the next day so I did not have funds available for a security deposit either! All I had was $190 in cash on me. The desk clerk honored my special rate of ($140 including all state and government taxes) for BOTH days! I was so grateful to have found this place, for so many different reasons!

I did see some dirt under the bed when I accidentally nudged it aside when plopping down to rest and an unidentified bug (had no glassed on when I saw the bug on the floor) the area isn’t the ritz or park avenue, but everyone kept to themselves and quiet. There seemed to be not much activity outdoors. I didn’t consider it a “rowdy zone!”

From the comments I knew what to expect there and I could imagine why the rules about deposit and other things were set. I got all the information I needed, I even got help with my suitcase and a very nice chat during the morning coffee. I was exhausted and stressed out when I came to the hotel, but I could felt the helpfulness.

The floors are not very clean, the AC is loud when on and there was noise from people using the ice machine during the whole night. But of course, most of these things I didn't like are based on cultural differences. Breakfast was really just coffee/tea and no food, but I didn't feel like eating anyway.

I thought this family owed business was off the charts!!! They made sure we were comfortable. They were always friendly! The rooms were very clean and fresh towels daily. They had water always available and “grab” and go breakfast it was great!

Nothing to like.

There was no breakfast at all in my opinion. A pot of coffee, few days old donuts and some candy. The table is squeezed in the corner smelly check in room.

Good value place to stay when attending the masters. The owners have updated the property which was a pleasant surprise.

It’s super convenient to nearby restaurants and stores.

The front desk could have been better. Wasn’t really welcoming.
