First of all the front desk clerk (Phyllis) was amazing, very knowledgeable and gave us the tour for the breakfast buffet and answered all questions and concerns we had. The room was spacious, beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we saw that needed attention was the landscaping or lack thereof.

The ambience of the hotel lobby was very nice! The employees, all of them, from the front desk to the housekeeping and cook were exceptional and very accommodating! Though I had some issues upon checking in, the management resolved the issues promptly. The entire staff was very pleasant!

I had a few issues upon my arrival. The room I was in, for some reason, did not have access to the internet. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until after, I had unpacked and sanitized my room. I ended up having to move to another room. Once I moved, the room where I moved to was not clean to my standards.

I always like the value and the comfort this particular Ramada inn has to offer and that's why I keep coming back almost on a daily basis

I want to apologize to the housekeeping staff for always being late leaving past check out time regardless of how much money I spend with the company I should always respect rules and guidelines they make it very obvious and they are very adamant about me being there pass check out time I'm not sure if this is a big deal or not in the housekeeping industry but to this particular staff it seems to be and I just want to say I'm sorry

I’ve always love the breakfast here. In fact, that’s one of the main reasons why I choose this hotel. I also really like the rooms are clean it and it brings me comfort. The staff is also really nice.

My only problem was the fact we cannot use the pool. I’ve stayed here before and every time I do come in the pool is not working or it needed maintenance.

Very friendly staff at both check in and check out! The breakfast was actually hot - much appreciated! Room was comfortable and clean.

The pool was closed....had been cleaned that day and needed to settle, I guess. It was open the next day, just my luck that it was closed during my one night stay. Wish I'd been given a room on the ground floor but I didn't request it so my fault there.

Ease of access to room and parking. Refrigerators are a good size for freezing and cooling food, blue ice and drinks.

Wall plugs (AC) between beds are too loose to plug items into B power plugs are usually pushed in so I can't plug in my USB devices to charge.

I like the fact that the staff was very attentive to your needs and tried to get things done in a timely manner.

I didn't like some of the cosmetics in the room, which could use updating, and the tub was slow to drain.

I loved the property, it was clean and I was accommodated one more than one occasion. The staff was very helpful and respectful to me , never dismissing one of my issues. The front desk staff , Mrs. Syllis, was super helpful as well. I loved her commitment and assistance so much that I had to leave her a gift ! All I would say was negative about my experience was the outdated televisions and facilities options. The tv was extremely old and the channels were slim to none. It would be great if thy update the facilities in those rooms.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful.

There was no closet or anything to hang clothes only drawers which seemed very odd.
