I like that when entering the staff greets you right away. The say welcome in😊which makes you feel like your going to have a great stay. The guest service lady that worked 3-11 shift was amazing she was so friendly and made you feel like your visiting family and friends. She was a great host and she was very friendly and made sure that your stay would be great.

Everything was fine!!

The gentleman at the front desk made it his job to say hello and greet each guest by name as they came and went. That was wonderful and very professional and kind. Additionally my room and the whole facility was spotlessly clean. The lady who was making sure the breakfast area was clean and well stocked greeted every guest with a smile and a kind word. This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

The Breakfast was very good and hot, a variety of items to choose from very fulfilling We enjoy our Breakfast. it was delicious, good southern country breakfast. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it a 10.

I had nothing to complain about everything was just fine. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends better than some of the other hotel I have stay in. Will rate this hotel a 10. will stay here again if I come back to Augusta, Ga came here for my sister Funeral.

My fiance and I was on a day trip from Augusta visiting friends and family when we decided to stay for the night. Everything was awesome from the staff to the rooms and breakfast. I will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family when visiting the state of Georgia.

We had to wait for someone to come to tbe reception desk. There was never anyone there at anytime. I stood there three times. Once when I registered, later on that night when I wanted to purchase something to drink and the next morning when I was ready to check out.

How nice and clean the hotel was, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was really good !

The noise on the floor from another room

The staff was excellent from Adrian to Cheray, Me and my wife had the best time. The pool and the breakfast was wonderful. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Augusta.👍👍👍

When I first walked in, the first thing that I was pleased with was the scent in the air of the lobby. It smelled soooo good and was very clean. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There's also plenty of parking.The only downfall was that the pool was closed which was due a part needed to heat the pool. Other than that, the stay was great, the staff was helpful and very friendly. I would stay again.

Love the front desk receptionist, she was fabulous, I think her name was Sheraree, I know I probably misspelled her name but she was absolutely amazing!

Easy, comfort, great customer service

Check-in was easy. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was available and decent. They had many options.

It was nice and clean and close to my friends house, the staff was very helpful and nice, great snacks to purchase… the breakfast was good! the gym had just enough enough equipment for me to break a sweat and get my workout in…
