The two employees at the front desk that were working the night of our arrival (evening of August 12th early morning/ August 13th were Excellent!! They offered us a very warm welcome that evening and went out of their way assisting us with our reservation that was not booked correctly. Employees like the two working at the front desk that evening made our stay at the Hampton Inn much better.

Although the the breakfast was complementary, the hot breakfast items in the menu could be better. The potatoes were uncooked and the hot meat (some type of hot dog) could be replaced for a more appealing meat breakfast.

It was very close to Fort Eisenhower so it was very easy to get my husband from the base for his weekend pass. Everything you needed was very close by, the breakfast was great, and everything was clean and comfortable

We had a bit of a problem trying to figure out booking because of military changes but we got there in the end.

Your Staff is top notch..Chyna the perfect hostess, she was friendly and professional, helpful and thoughtful. Your housekeeper staff ( so sorry I don't remember their names) quickly took care of my situation with my bed linens and I truly appreciated the help and the " it's my pleasure,and apologize for the mishap" attitude, they're the best can thank them enough.

I needed a handicap accessible room, the bathroom was large but trying to get in the tub to take a shower was horrible and the water temperature was luke water at best...,

Everything!! The staff was the best and most welcoming group of individuals I have ever encountered at any hotel I’ve ever gone to. Most helpful and accommodating. The young lady, Charley I believe is her name, at the front desk was so sweet and friendly and made our stay very memorable.

Staff were amazing! Everyone i encountered was so kind and friendly. The pool wasn’t open, but they immediately offered to pay for us to go the aquatic center down the road to make up for it. Was blown away.

We were pleased with everything .

The only issue was that the pool was not open and it was the end of may beginning June.

Clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast. Professional front desk staff.

The pool was out of service due to maintenance issues. (Awaiting bulbs)

The breakfast was amazing. It was an actual home cooked meal. Not just some frozen mess you put in the microwave. I absolutely loved that about this hotel because meals are very important to me and my family. That’s our time spent together with laughter and conversation. And it was nice to be away from home and still feel like I am there.

There was nothing to complain about or dislike. Everything was amazing.

Clean bedrooms, beds very very comfortable

The back parking lot had pools of flowing water and so it had a lot of knats back there . The water looked dirty, like sewage water.

The young lady working the counter alone and there was a line; however, she stayed focus and was a pro under pressure.

I have no complaints or dislikes.
