The location and ease of parking

The workers would continuously enter my room when I wasn’t in my room and I caught a man in my room when I went down to the lobby to entend my stay. Nothing was done and the excuse was that he was NEW . My room didn’t have a working phone in it so I couldn’t even call the front desk I had to walk down EVERY TIME .

I liked how I could pay online and just go down to get a key later rather than having to go to the lobby at 11 to pay for another day .

That I had to give my ID to the front desk to use a broom. SERIOUSLY?? MY ID for your broom when you are supposed to clean my room daily? Nah ID rather just let it get real dusty and dirty for you to clean when I leave.

Room was clean and close to different food restaurants.

Rags could be replaced for new ones. No clean towels available. Booked reservation to include my pets, online reservation states pets included with no extra charge. Get to the hotel to be told that no pets are allowed starting the same day my reservation was made and there's a $10 per pet fee.

The mood was good and the staff was helpful I had no problems with the room other than the smoke smell but I understand it’s because it’s allowed in the room so no complaints there

It was overall pretty good

Very convenient for food and shopping staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful Katt chevone and Candace were exceptional they went out there way to make my stay comfortable I will b returning

I liked everything

Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. We needed to get some rest during a long road trip. This motel was just what we needed.

Walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the room beside us playing their video game all night.

I had requested a lower level however it was nit avail and customer service representative accommodate us to 3rd level on a very quiet area.

I was surprised the elevator was on the other side of rhe building

It was ok, and the price nice

the place need to make the walls ( appearance) look better, they need to have comforters or some more covers on the bed beside a fitted and a sheet in the bed.

I liked the location and the overall cost of the room is reasonable and within my means. You get more than what you pay for really what more could you ask for???

The new management and stuff are so much more than than before. It doesn't seem so ghetto now.

So far so good 💯😊 but I don't think there's a ice machine!! But I also haven't asked anyone. So that's really on my lazy a**!
