I love when you check in they always offer you a bottled water and a warm cookie,there delicious by the way!!! Everyone at the desk are always helpful sweet.

There's really nothing I love they have suits with a therapeutic tub but one of those tubs need an upgrade you can see where it has had been repaired and for the price I've paid it should have been fixed right far as the plastered they've laid down. It does work fine I can say. After a hards day of work the suits and the rooms are very relaxing...

Natalia, Sam and Deborah were all amazing! I was greeted by Natalia, she was so helpful, very professional and warm. Sam greeted me at 3:50am with a cup of hot coffee and then took me to the Augusta Airport for my 5:30am flight, also very professional and kind. Deborah was the Bartender in the hotel bar and was gracious and welcoming. I look forward to returning and will definitely stay there again!

The staff was amazing! My husband, puppy & I were stranded in Augusta on a road trip after some car trouble & needed some last minute accommodations for the weekend. Everyone was so kind & accommodating. It’s not always ideal staying at a hotel with a pet, but our puppy was welcomed & loved on by all the employees we came in contact with.

The location was not the best ONLY due to the fact that it is not walkable to restaurants or stores. I will say that it was in a safe location.

Front desk staff were very accommodating. Beautiful Lobby Front desk staff very professional.

Bathroom surprisingly super small. Elevators noticeable slow.

It was very nice that we were given cookies at check-in, and the Breakfast was really great. The attendants at both checking and checkout were very helpful, respectful, and mannerable. We used the exercise room and that was up to par.

Not sure if there was anything I didn't like.

Check out wasn't until 12 but at 9 we had a knock on the door from the cleaning staff to see if we had left yet and then again around 1030 so by then we just packed and left

Had Elevators down which caused long waits at the only one running during the weekend rush. Availability of towels ran low during the weekend. Breakfast should be included. The cost was way too much.

It was very clean, I love the bar and food. The pools were great and location was prime. Desk staff was excellent all weekend during every shift

More chairs in pool area, toilet took long time to flush in any bathroom

I enjoyed everything about the staff, as well as all my accommodations at the Double Tree. All the staff were extremely helpful and so polite. Our room was a good size (except bathroom was extremely tiny).

The beds were not comfortable, the bathroom was extremely small , you couldnt turn around inside the bathroom if the door was opened. And the toilet tank had been cracked. Their was a whole in ceiling as you entered the room. The Bar & grill seems to cook everything with a season salt even after calling down and them replacing the salad we requested no seasoning or salt on due to kidney patient and cant have the salt our second tray had seasoning salt all over the chicken. So we just threw out our food and went else where to eat.

Location was perfect. Hotel was responsive to our requests. Indoor and outdoor pools.

Pools are tiny. No fridge or microwave in the room. No full room clean. We had to ask for towels and fresh sheets and find places to toss our trash.
