I believe it was a brand new property or just recently renovated. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Right off the highway.

I requested a change in dates, I called the hotel and was told to contact the agent (Booking.com) to reschedule. I contacted them and they sent a message to the hotel… I also sent a message and never received a response. I called the hotel and the reservation was cancelled. They charged me for the night as a no call no show. Just be careful if you have to change dates.

First grateful to find this room since the Masters was still there and most rooms run for $300 or more per room. The location for me was perfect due to less than 15 min for all my appts. Near many restaurants. Safe area. Easy access to I-20. Nice size room had king bed and sofa. Spoke with the manager which is very nice lady and very helpful for my situation. They worked with me and my fur baby which is what I needed. I was able to book quickly and when I needed to stay an extra night they help extend my stay easily. Thank you all for your assistance and best wishes on the renovations.

Our room was near the elevator and over the laundry room so I heard and felt both. The bed was alright and the shower was clean but didn't drain well. Hotel is non- smoking hotel which was perfect however some didn't want to abide by the rules. It was overpowering but I was told those guests were told to leave. Some items in the room were quite dated but I was told they were getting ready to renovate.

Nice rooms, amazing & pleasant staff, fairly clean rooms, affordable prices. I enjoyed it.

There was a bug in our room, but we only saw it once and since there were no ther rooms available, decided to deal with it. We never saw another one throughout our stay.

The breakfast. I had a quarter of a pancake the first morning there and didn’t eat breakfast the rest of my stay. It was not appetizing and basically the same every day

Clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, quiet room air conditioner, no bugs, decent breakfast options, slept well with little to no hallway noises.

Bathroom did not have airflow from the window placement of the air conditioner or a vent fan.

The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful

The only option of meat for breakfast is pork bacon Please provide an impossible plant based sausage as well The elevator kept getting stuck on Floor 2

If you are looking to save money, this is a good option. Beyond that, more average than exceptional. I would rate 6.5 out of 10.

Bed was uncomfortable but not terrible. Room had a little musty smell.

I was already prechecked in but when I got to the hotel the staff was very friendly and quickly provided me with My keys and provided me with information on breakfast.

The cleanness of the room and the location

Easy access off 20 Fwy. Very quiet. Monica at front desk was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. A+ Customer Service from her. Room was clean and well equipped.
