Location to room good. At some point maybe add some hot items besides waffles.

No automatic doors at entrance, makes getting luggage cart in/out bldg a bit difficult.

Have stayed here often for the whirlpool tub and proximity to cracker barrel

The hot water would run out. Would not let me fill tub up without pausing awhile to reheat. But worse, went cold , very cold, on my partner while he was in the middle of his shower.

It was nice clean the staff was amazing especially the young man that worked 3rd shift very helpful and friendly I would love to visit again

Bed was super comfy, and clean! An older buildings, but we'll kept. Staff very friendly, shout out to Nancy!! Breakfast, inculcate coffee was good as well!! Would stay here again.

I had no problems at all with this hotel

While my grandsons liked the cereal for breakfast I would’ve liked to see a little more than cereal, bread and bananas. The bananas did run out

The room was so very clean and the beds super comfortable. The room was wonderfully cold for mid summer. I used the laundry services and it was fairly priced. The room had a mini-fridge that had a freezer (not the tiny little slot in a fridge either, the bigger type of mini fridge) the decor is also really nice. I got a larger corner bathtub too.

The pool was closed but looked perfectly operable so that sucked.

the beds were a too firm for me and the pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy

air conditioner was preset on 51 degrees but seemed like they had it preset and you couldn’t control temperature. we got hot in the middle of the night so didn’t sleep that well.

Location in proximity to the purpose of our visit was excellent

The price of the room was higher than they usually charge because of Masters week but that is what every hotel does in Augusta . It is what it is
