The clerk was nice and polite, apologized for the noise that kept us awake overnight.

Hair on the toilet seat, dead bug on bathroom floor, dust on top of fridge and the side of the fridge was unclean.

I love the smart tvs in the room, like being able to choose Netflix & all that besides watching regular tv.

They charged me a direct deposit without any info about it before. Wasn’t even on the site, it was out the blue.

Incredibly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and clean. The owner allowed and early check-in at no extra cost. Wonderful atmosphere.

Wi-fi was spotty and weak. No breakfast, despite it being advertised on the website. If breakfast is no longer provided, it should not be advertised as a selling point. It's dishonest.

The location was great and had easy access to lots of restaurants and stores. The staff was also very nice and quite helpful and the room was clean.

The only issue I had was that my room had a weird smell. It was pungent or disgusting but it just smelt weird and the smell never went away.

Room was nice and clean. For the price and the name, it kind of was little more than what I expected. The smart/roku tv was a plus. The location of this hotel was not bad at all. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The spa tub needed a little dusting/ deep clean. The bed was too firm for our liking. The pillows were too small. Other than that the stay overall was pretty good. We needed the spa tub to soak for work, but we eventually needed it for after waking up of that bed.

The entire operation was exceptional. They swept the street and parking lot every day, I can assure that doesn't happen in very many places.The breakfast was the best in the many thousand of nights I have spent in median cost accommodations

The internet would cut out for a few seconds frequently and my key card would desensitize daily

This is such a wonderful place to stay! Everything is so very modern, clean, the people that run the hotel are excellent! They treat us like family so every time we come through Augusta we make sure that we stay there and we always will!

I only stayed for 1 out of 5 nights and left so i asked for a refund for the rest of the night. They said they’d refund by the next day and i never got the money

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location was convenient. The continental breakfast was sufficient. My husband and myself enjoyed our stay there. And definitely would recommend it.

the shower drain was clogged and I told the night desk person after I checked in but no one ever came to fix it. the tub kept filling up with water so I couldn’t take a shower for longer than 15 minutes.
