The king room felt spacious and had a separate living area. The room felt modern and nice. It was close by to many things and in a safe area.

The room was not sound proof even slightly. You could hear doors slamming in the hallways, and people in neighboring rooms having conversations. At one point I could even hear someone using the restroom in the next room. On Saturday morning I could hear house keeping knocking on doors at 7AM, this woke me up.

Laquinta is always a nice place to stay on a budget. Complimentary breakfast and big rooms. The room we stayed in had a separate living room with a couch from the bedroom. Room had a mini fridge and coffee pot.

Parking areas need more surveillance and lighting. There were some shady characters roaming the parking lot and one was even chilled out in the back. The back parking lot was not lit very well and it's bad enough the hotel is located in a bad area.

Location was excellent. Rooms large, clean, and quiet. Will definitely return

Disappointed that I wasn’t allowed an early check in. Parking lot was almost empty and no known events were going on in the city. I had reservations and arrived from 3 states away so zi was extremely tired.

The staff was fantastic. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast staff (set up) was rude, homeless looking and unable to set up everything. The kitchen area was filthy because there was no one dedicated to the breakfast area. I had to ask 3 times to get our towels replaced. The pool wasn't open.

Room was wonderful

Toilet paper holder broken and appliances at breakfast blew breaker and couldnt get bottom floor because of my small dog. Makes no sense a dog has to travel thru more of the hotel especially navigating elvators with them. 1st floor should not be carpeted just for that reason and there was no designated dog walking place for a dog friendly hotel. Luckily I only had my small dog with me.

I was not able to take a warm shower in the night. The water would not heating up even after running the water for 30 minutes or so. Ice cold. But in the morning the temperature of the water was top notch and I throughly enjoyed my shower in the morning.

very clean, staff was nice and the room was great for the price and size. great location. I enjoyed my stay. the pool was under construction that wasn’t shown online but everything else great.

the pool was under construction and a broken drawer in the room are almost injured me. staff should have reported so it would of been fixed. the sheets had stains so I used my traveling blankets.

Separate leisure and sleeping areas.

There was presence of ants, I told the front desk and he said he would have pest control look. I am partially disabled so I just dealt with it till my end of stay. It's really hard for me to pack up and move rooms.

Heather was amazing. She's a true professional and knows how to do her job professionally, politely, and efficiently. You can tell she likes her job.

You can't use the kitchen. The property doesn't supply plates, cups, or cutlery. As well as pots or pans. They say that you can use the paper plates and plastic cutlery from the breakfast nook.

Room was spacious. Best were extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a wide range of choices. The kitchen lady was awesome extremely polite, replenished everything in the kitchen immediately as soon as it was empty, she would replace it.
