The choices for breakfast were extremely good and the best bacon ever, nice and crisp! The location was easy and very close to Fort Gordon where our son/grandson was graduating from a class there.

The sofa bed in our room which we planned to use had no sheets or pillows provided. At 11:00 p.m. when that was discovered, we had to go to desk and pick up some. The clerk ws very congenial and willing to get them for us. Didn't get pillows since we forgot to ask for them but since there were 4 on the kingsize bed, we used one of those.

Rooms are comfortable clean and good size. Thank you. Front desk always seem a little confused. Things should move a little quicker at check in & check out. I reserved the room with all my information and credit card. What is so hard at check and in? Takes too long at desk. Too much looking confused at computer

The customer service at the front desk was great. He was very professional, smiling, and had a welcoming greet,.not only for me but I watched him from a distance with other customers and I could tell he liked his job. Kudos to him. Its employees like him that keeps people coming back.

Elevators needs updateĺ

Should have been my first choice. Great location, very clean rooms and very courteous front desk manager.

No staff to replenish towels and take away trash. Dirty towels and trash sat in the hallway all day and night. Not to sanitary after asking front desk for more towels and informing them I would not need cleaning services only towels, she told me to just sit the dirty ones in the hall along with the trash and housekeeping would bring fresh ones and collect the dirty ones. It didn't happen, I left for the day and upon returning to my room later that night towels and trash were still in the hallway until the next morning. My son had to go find a staff member to get clean towels.

Did a staycation so it was conveniently located to all things I need as well as home in case of emergency.

The only Downside was my tv didn’t work lol. But other than that it’s a really awesome hotel.

The breakfast was good but the chafing dishes needed to be hotter. There was a good variety of food & the area was very clean. The fitness room was great. The location was excellent & near plenty of stores & eating places.

the place was clean and well stocked. the staff was friendly. breakfast was delicious. the rooms were gorgeous. my wife and I love the complimentary dove products . we will definitely be staying there again

my only complaint were our neighbors who were very loud up and down the hallway and in the room. fortunately I didn’t have to make a complaint. they quieted down later

We needed access to the building closest to our vehicle near the back door. All doors were locked. We had to walk around to the front of the building.

Everything was great.

The customer service, the woman that checked us in & out. She was kinda rude & she acted like she had a problem with her coworker who was trying to check us out since she wasn't at the counter.

Breakfast was great! Nice selection to choose from.
