I was very pleased with the facility your staff in the kitchen was very nice. The rooms was very clean and comfortable.

I did not like front end manager when I arrived on March 22, 2024 around 4:30 pm. She was not polite or welcoming at all. She seems like she had an attitude and like we was bothering her while we was trying to have a normal conversation with her. I know we all have our days but when you are dealing with the public you have to put everything aside to accommodate your guess.

The main reason we chose here was because of the heated pool. We tried a couple of others the last couple of years and they were either being worked on or not warm at all. This pool was heated!! We will definitely be back next year! Every single person was so nice from the front desk to the maintenance man! The breakfast was nice. There is also a bar and they go above and beyond to make drinks even if they haven’t heard of them.

Cleaning staff generally lacked towels on their carts had to run down stairs to front desk to get towels quite often; many times cleaning staff were talking on phones while working so you felt as though you were interrupting their conversation to ask for items. Low water pressure in 205, and cold shower at peak time in AM. One washer and dryer for the entire hotel is a serious problem.

10/10. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels and wasn’t expecting anything above average for a random hotel in Augusta during a road trip. But this hotel is going way up there on my list. Seriously, between the delicious affordable food and great drinks served by the sweetest bartender, it doesn’t get better. Not to mention how large our room was and how clean! And I didn’t hear anything from inside our room, it’s well insulated. Overall a shockingly wonderful stay. Great job!

Nothing, this place is great. We didn’t use the pool area so can’t comment on that. Every amenity we did use was perfect.

The room was much larger than I expected it to be. I booked this at the last minute for a weekend trip & ended up with a handicap accessible room.

Beds could be more comfortable. The breakfast was completely overcooked. After looking at what was offered, we ended up going to find breakfast in town. We booked the room here because it offered the free breakfast so we were disappointed about this.

Wonderfully friendly staff. Clean, quiet room. Delicious breakfast; so nice to be offered real food prepared on site by real people! I made a last-minute reservation, and I am so pleased that I did!

The caulking around the baseboard-type tile in the bathroom needed replacing.

The location was a little weird if you're unfamiliar with the area and the fact you could get confused because there's a Holiday Inn Express very close so again if you don't know the area well, especially at night you may have a little confusion but once you get to the hotel and to your room your confusion will quickly turn into joy and amazement! Beautiful, well kept, and updated hotel (with an onsite restaurant/bar with room service), they actually have Dove and Scope toiletries (the little travel sizes were just too cute especially when you normally get some off brand crap with hotel stays, we bring our own but didn't have to use them), the rooms are just too cute and sleep well, especially after a night time swim in the indoor pool and/or hot tub, and you get to wake up to a nice hot breakfast buffet with Simply Orange Juice, none of that fountain crap! Sold! When it comes to rooms I'm very picky and have taught my kids what to look for when picking out a room as far as cleanliness and the likelyhood of their either being or not neing bedbugs and such and even my kids who based on my critiques of rooms over the years were impressed (and we are all rough critics). Honestly there was nothing I could have complained about. Maybe some bad A** kids unsupervised at the pool area which should have been monitored but their mother came in soon enough to get them and we were able to enjoy the facilities splash/chicken-fight free lol.

nothing, it was pretty much perfect. I give it a 10 out of a possible 10! I won't say it is a 10 you know it wasn't like an exquisite 5 star top of the line hotel because compared to that I'm keeping the review compared to other hotels of the same class.

Indoor pool and hot tub is the most exciting part of the frequent stays at this location and the breakfast food will be the best thing you could ever ask of the next morning. Sliced strawberries, blueberries, huge danishes, green apples which are not too common in most places we’ve been to, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and we love to be there with no worries about any issues at all.

I really don’t know what to say about this place because it’s not a problem to report on

We took our 10 year old for a sleep over birthday party with 2 of her friends. The rooms were not side by side and the staff (John) was very helpful and moved them together without hesitation. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The pool was nice and warm despite the cold February weather and the hot tub was hot! The breakfast was outstanding and delicious. We also enjoyed the early check-in to decorate and the noon checkout was awesome giving us enough time to sleep in, eat breakfast and still have time to swim again prior to leaving! Our family will be back!

the pool and spa were clean and well maintained. staff was incredible. mike the bartender was great and went above and beyond. breakfast was great and had lots of variety, and even take out boxes to eat in your room. the waffle maker and soda machine were broken so that was the only negative. they offered fresh baked cookies in the lobby and the kids enjoyed that. room was on the smaller side but still very clean and nice.
