The hotel was great. The staff was exceptional. And the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean, well stocked and very spacious.

As guests, my family and I were disappointed with the quality of the heat in the room as it was extremely cold during our stay and it barely heated the room. We have stayed at the hotel twice and during both stays, the guests above us were extremely noisy all hours of the day and night. The first stay, we called the front desk and nothing was done so we didn't call the second time as we didn't believe anything would be done again.

Breakfast was clean, abundant, and well maintained.

Front desk male employee was rude when called with question regarding air conditioner. Phone had written message on top to contact front desk with air conditioning questions. I resorted to going to desk and got same behavior and the response that it depended on last customer. We had already reset the thermostat, and I made that statement several times.

I loved that it was quiet. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean. We tried the pool even though it was winter and no surprise it was cold. I am just happy it was open. The bed was comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our date night and time away from the kids to be just us.

The location was excellent for us to attend the military graduation at Fort Eisenhower and getting family members to and from the Augusta Regional Airport!

The business center computer software was outdated and we couldn't use it to access our emails to take care of business during our stay.

Everything was great. No issues really.

If I had to say anything negative about the stay, it would be that the door peep holes were not covered and there is a large gap under the door. Often could hear everything in the hall and the hall light shown through the door peep holes like lasers cutting through the dark.

The bed was very comfortable. It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

The indoor pool was extremely small. This was one of the main reasons we decided to book was because it has an indoor pool. However, when we saw it was underwhelming.

The facilities and rooms were well kept and super clean. The staff were nice and knowledgeable.

The breakfast was not good. ham looked boiled and grey. It was set up late< no coffee

I absolutely loved the layout of the suite.

The phone did not work, the carpet wasn't clean, and the outer door to the suite did not fit properly. I could clearly see the hall light from my suite's closed door.

The breakfast was a great plus. The property seemed to be very secure. In todays time and the events that's happening around us, having that security is something we all look for. I felt secure there even though I didn't see any security officer at all.

The only concerns I had was the security. What if someone forgot something in there car, and had to go to their car at night. with no security that could be un-nerving mainly for the elderly. I also think there should be a bell or something at the front desk. I had to stand there for several minutes waiting on someone to come because so I was told, the lady went to the rest room and I had to wait for about 3 to 5 minutes. I did not know this until another lady happen to come by. We didn't know why or what was going on and there was no bell for the ones that was in the back.
