Location was good for what I needed it for. Breakfast can improve.. too many of the same items every day..

Cream for coffee should be fresh cream not Milk .. there should be boiled eggs and I should have the option of making my own waffles and pancakes .. more options for people who do not use pork

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed they were happy to help. The breakfast was great love how each day was something different. They have a lobby very clean and nice. We sat there and enjoyed a drink from the bar. They had a place where the kids sat and watched kids movies. Rooms were cleaned, bathrooms was cleaned. The best hotel we have stayed in the area.

Good breakfast with lots of options.

The hotel itself was okay but was starting to show its age. Little things like the shower door not closing all the way, slow filling toilet bowl, room door surface peeling. Not anything to make us want to find another hotel, but recommend you give the room a good inspection if you don't like these kinds of inconveniences.

Loved the location and cleanliness. Host were all nice and helpful. Room and bathroom were nice with plenty of space.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pull sofa was better to sleep on. Room key was reset and still didn’t work, so was locked out in middle of night.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the King Size bed. The air was good and the coffee in the room was delicious. My overall experience was good. It is also great to getaway.

The sink's drainage could have been better. The water drained slowly.

The hotel was clean, and staffed with some of the nicest people on the planet ! The included breakfast was much better than I expected. Plenty of choices and nicely presented.

For some reason lobby/ first floor had stong funky sewer smell all weekend. Our key cards kept failing. Battery in door needed exchange. Pool not open. Too bad it was a nice weekend to use No microwave in room or lobby to use. Coffee in lobby post 9am breakfast would be nice Price a bit high but location was perfect for us.

Location. Modern room design. Sofa was nice, large L shaped.

Room had burn mark in carpet, floor and room had a smoke smell despite being a non-smoking hotel. Water pressure in shower was way too low. Bathroom door was modern but not close to sound proof. Could hear every sound. For a room this size and price was surprised at no microwave. Only 4 standard pillows on a king bed, could have either been more or king pillows.

The entire staff and their family members pitching in during a Hurricane and doing everything possible to make guests comfortable.

Everything was as good as it could be during a bad situation.

Loved how clean the lobby, halls/elevators and rooms were. Loved that it has a hotel bar with the outdoor seating with an awesome view!!

Only thing I’d say I didn’t like about the property would be that the bar closed to early on Friday and Saturday nights.
