Undergoing renovations which is understandable. Within our room (222) the tub was very slippery as the skidproof layer was gone. Tv didn't work well - the screen turned pink several times and the menu would not respond at times. This made transitions to "getting ready" with kids a little more work. Fortunately, the renovation wasn't really a bother

Up to the usual Hampton standards. Good location (a few minutes drive to downtown), clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was in good shape, with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast, and I always enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea throughout the day. Nice hotel!

Prime location to University of West Georgia

I was in room 319- The bath tub stopper was not effective, water would not stay in tub. ( Minor inconvenience) but did not ruin my stay. I would stay here again

It was conveniently located and super clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was great! this was definitely a great value.

The parking lot was packed. There was a dance competition going on though and a lot of families staying there, so it made sense.

The breakfast was good and fresh. A wide variety for everyone. The hotel was in a great location in it's relationship to downtown and was 5 minutes from our event venue. The hotel has been kept up to date and was very welcoming.

There were a few loose hairs in the bathroom and on one of the towels.

Breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful.

The total for our room was $460 some dollars for two nights. $200/night. now they are $99 per night. I feel taken advantage of because it was homecoming weekend. I feel cheated. We saved long and hard to see our daughter. we didn't go to the game or have anything to do with the university.

Could not get the room cooler and the air was as high up as it would go. Also need a charging station with a usb port without having a block.

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room. A really fantastic desk to work on which I needed. Excellent internet. Great breakfast, attentive staff to my needs. Pool got a little buggy, but I don't know if that could have been prevented. I mean it's Georgia. There was a net there to use, so we just scooped them up and enjoyed the pool, which was clean overall.

The woman in charge of the breakfast was very energetic, efficient, and accommodating.

The pool area by the tables could have been cleaner. Also, there were no towels there and had to be requested. This was approximately around 3 p.m. on saturday the 18th. Water was clean, rest of deck was ok, except for the hair extension someone left behind by the other side of the pool.

Called for late check out. .The person at the desk only gave us a 30 minitue past check out. We should have been given at least and hour.
