I LIKE THE BREAKFAST AND HOW CLEAN EVERYTHING WAS IN THE HOTEL. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS. HAVING THE COFFE AVAILABLE ALL DAY WAS ALSO VERY NICE.

IN ALL FAIRNESS THIS WAS THE WEEKEND OF THE COMPUTER SHUT DOWN. STAFF WAS VERY STRESSED AND SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND US A ROOM. I WENT ONLINE TO BOOK A ROOM AS WELL AS CALLED THE HOTEL TO VERIFY MY CONFIRMATION. THE 1ST THING OUT OF THE STAFF'S MOUTH WAS YOU DIDNT CALL HERE CAUSE I ANSWER THE PHONE. AFTER SHOWING HER THE PHONE NUMBER I CALLED WE MOVED FORWARD. THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE US THE WELCOME BAG, WHICH I THOUGHT THEY WERE NICE AFTER ASKING TO RECEIVE ONE.

There was no hot water (not sure why) stayed all weekend like that. Fire alarm went off twice again not sure why either. Was hard to sleep with the alarm going off scaring you. This was our 2nd stay at this location first time was a year ago with no issues. Other than that we have a great stay.

The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was a good size also. The breakfast had several hot options. The room was very comfortable.

There were large stains on the carpet. The service representative when checking in was not friendly. She checked us in but seemed a bit annoyed.

What I liked about my stay here at the holiday inn express was the customer service. The cleanliness of the facility..the staff here are very polite...The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was prepared and set up well. I felt safe here..I was able to relax in a peaceful environment after my business meeting..I definitely will stay here again and refer others as well.

What I didn't like is minor...I stayed on the four flour which I like but the ice machine was on the 3rd floor. Other than that I would still stay a this hotel.

This visit was better than the last (the rude girl at the front desk wasn’t there)! Enjoy the clean rooms and comfortable beds Breakfast is great for how I eat. Gentleman that runs breakfast keeps it clean and stocked. Thats greatly appreciated.

Well the trip was about family we had lost a cousin due to a bad car accident. But our stay was amazing as always..I like the service, the staff, the food, especially the room and the bonus was DOVE PRODUCTS. Thank you for my stay

I don't have nothing bad to say about my stay

It was a hot breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The room, hallways, and public areas smelled AMAZING. I had little interaction with the staff but I witnessed interactions with other guests and they were super friendly. I did not use the pool (too cold outside) The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were extra soft. We found alot to watch on TV.

I didn't experience anything that could have been improved. It was an excellent stay.

It was close to my family house, the night clerk was very helpful and resolved my concerns about the property.

The housekeeping needs to do a thorough job of cleaning.

We had a pleasant stay. So-Fo was good, tv was nice & large, and mostly good reception (it was a cloudless night, so we couldn’t understand that). The fridge was handy, but there weren’t enough regular coffee pods. Breakfast was great, good choices, bacon was perfect, & those sweet rolls-delicious. Thanks, R Moody

I didn’t get to have a cup of coffee before I went down stairs. There were two decaf & only one regular pod. Don’t most people drink regular?

Friendly welcome large room good variety of TV channels. Reasonable included breakfast warm cinamon rolls were great

At breakfast all the plates, cutlery and cups were all disposable and no recycling facilites provided
