I had a small hassle with "Breakfast Included". Booking.com said breakfast was included, but the hotel said it was not and charged me for breakfast twice.

Everything went very well -- the staff was most professional and friendly, the lobby was great, and the pool / exercise area was neat and well-kept and clean. The room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom / shower was very nice, although I'm not a big fan of a doorless shower. But it worked out all OK.

When I was checking out the front desk lady was nice but made it very difficult to check out. She was not very knowledgeable and made me pay 4 times. I had to call the bank and the bank had to talk to her and another girl who knew what she was doing had to come help and fixed it. It was very frustrating. Also the cleaning ladies never passed by our room until I asked, then she apologized and started cleaning our room every day.

It was clean throughout, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms seemed to be quite soundproof as we were concerned about disturbing others as we were traveling with a very young baby. It was the perfect location to walk to many different restaurants and coffee shops. Felt like a very safe area to stay. Carol and Dot checked us in and were super. Sorry I didn’t get the names of other front desk people but everyone was great.

The staff, all of them, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for anyone who is able to walk a short distance. There are several wonderful restaurants in a short walking distance.

I chose this hotel specifically because it stated it had a restaurant because I can't walk long distances. The restaurant in more of a snack bar very limited meals and they didn't have everything that was listed. But the staff were very sweet and tried to meet my needs. I also paid extra for what I thought was a buffet breakfast but that wasn't the case. Again, my choices were limited but the staff very professional, friendly, and flexible.

Enjoyed the options to purchase snacks and drinks, also the first room we had the prior week was much nicer than the handicap room we were put in.

It was VERY loud due to some kind of party going on downstairs, plus construction was going on near the property, causing the property to be interrupted.

The Bistro breakfast experience was fantastic. Yummy food and excellent coffee.

The cleaning crew did a loud start if the day rally right at the front desk. Too much too early in the morning, plus I suffer from PTSD. This was while we were trying to relax and eat our breakfast.

The staff was really nice . The room was really pretty and the pool and it’s hours.

The internet/tv (not sure which one) was really slow and lagged a lot. Their was a lot of hairs in the carpets as soon as we got there . I did a slumber party for my daughter tree at birthday and the balloons had random hairs on them from the carpet.

THE ROOM VERY CLEAN, THE BATHROOM VERY BIG... VERY CLEAN, THE LIGHTING VERY GOOD, THE SHOWER WAS AWESOME, THE MATTRESS wasn't our Temperpedic, but it was REALLY GOOD. JOHNATHAN WAS EXCELLENT FRONT DESK MAN..PEOPLE ORIENTED, NICE.. CLEAN CUT.. YOUNG MAN

Love the location, staff, and amenities. Very clean. Friendly and helpful.

The parking lot fills up, and the next option is a free parking deck nearby. Works for me, but might be too far for someone with mobility issues.
