We like the location and the staff. Love Faye who does the breakfast. This was our 2nd stay here and we were bowled over last stay so we returned. Our grandson plays football in a neighboring town so we come down 4 hours away to see his came and return home next day.

The pillows were flat. It felt like we weren’t on a pillow even using two each. The bed in the room was very hard. I could hardly move when I woke. Also our stay was $3.80 more than you had told us it would be. My confirmation email was $147.13 and we were charged $150.93. I get that it says “only”$3.80 more but that is not what we were told. If everything had a price with tax and fees added and when checkin out it is $3.80 more, we’d soon be out a lot of money. So, it’s possible I won’t use you next week when we return as I’m not told the correct fee.

Staff members were personable and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and tended to by exceptionally accommodating staff. We required a special needs room, and ours was perfectly featured, with a fully adjustable, fully equipped walk-in shower, assist bars, etc.. Plenty of parking.

It’s convenient to what we were doing

I wish the toilets were taller. I’m taller and have had both knees replaced and those toilets are so low I about fall onto them. I forget that they’re short as we stay there when seeing our grandsons football games.

The door to our room was broken, could lock at night while we were in there but would lick when we were gone. Hotel was full couldn't move to another room. Staff at desk had it on list for maintenance when they came in today.

Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good. Loved the location of our room.

Our toilet backed up the morning we were leaving. There was a nasal strip in the shower from the previous people .

The breakfast provided a great variety of choices. Everything was great. I liked having a variety of juice choices.

The breakfast was very good, varied from day-to-day, and the staff in charge of the breakfast was very personable.

The breakfast was amazing. We had homemade sausage gravy and biscuits, fresh fruit, fluffy scrambled eggs and a wide variety of breakfast choices to choose from. It was the best breakfast that we ever had in a hotel.

The pillows weren't the best. But they weren't the worst either.

The facility were clean and comfy! Staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was more than expected and the coffee was delicious. We will be staying there again for sure!

Booking.com is selling a “queen deluxe” room which doesn’t actually exist. I am so glad that Hampton inn was so accommodating and made every effort to correct this.
