The privacy. Our trip was very busy with catching flights out of ATL and visiting family. Checking in late because of flights and long drive to the hotel. It was nice catching a quiet sleep without hearing the neighbors. Beds were so comfortable. Missing our own bed at home, but the bedding was like being at home. My husband likes to sleep in, unfortunately I’m a morning person. So, I like the design that your bathroom door does NOT open directly toward the bed room. So the bathroom light is not shining at my husband as he is trying to sleep in.

The room was near perfect, but if there was at least one thing to suggest to improve would be a quieter AC. But this not a game changer, still a great room.

Hotel was well kept up common areas were clean All the staff I ran into were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. How tall is located right near a few strip malls, including two grocery stores and a target Walmart not that far away also Restaurants

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, wash shampoo and conditioner in the shower was good really had no dislikes

there was no Wi-Fi service when I arrived, and the Wi-Fi service was sketchy at best. The initial booking was incorrect, and I was placed in a room that I did not book. The staff accommodated me into a king suite that are originally booked, but it did not come with a tub shower combination as I had booked originally and the manager was very standoffish and correcting the problem and explain to me because I booked through a third-party company and that my room wasn’t available even though I had booked a week and a half in advance that she cannot accommodate me and she couldn’t do anything on what I was charged

The property is very clean and nice

the pancake machine wasn’t working, and there was a lack of variety in their retail options and everything was close to be going out of date if not expired. The price inflated every year, and i feel a few more inflations will make it an unreasonable price..

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was amazing. The check in and check out process were very easy. Very friendly staff. Not far from all the shops you could want or need and close to great food options.

Convenient to ball parks. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and plenty of space

Only being able to go right out of the parking lot. Had to make U turns to go left or even get into the hotel

It wasn’t the property per se- room 216 bed is HORRIBLE! On one way of mattress it’s like a DEEP HOLE. Therefore, my husband and I COULD NOT enjoy the bed. He actually had to sleep on the sofa/lounge, and this was UNACCEPTABLE!

the egg and cheese omelets were the microwave type but I can understand feeding an unknown quantity daily makes one find quick and easy ways to serve food.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.

The shower doors were wonky. I was afraid I was going to knock them off their tracks. They felt like they didn't have any tracks.
