I absolutely loved the staff and the cleanliness of the facility.

I didn’t like the fact that repairs wasn’t properly documented or corrected. The first room I was giving the door didn’t fit. Due to the door needing attention it made me a bit uncomfortable. However, I was moved to a different room with no problem.

The excellence running of the property. Yet disappointed in the noise control is a must I have been at this facility 3 weeks from 1st to 2nd to the 3rd floor. And you have several guest are not held accountable for others when it comes to the noise level.

I absolutely loved the location. It was near plenty of shopping.

The only thing that was a concern was the first room ( I believe it was room 320)they put me in the door wasn’t secure. I asked them to move me and they did without any hesitation.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to make new waffles and bring them to our room when my husband had trouble with it. We paid a great price and the renovations exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast is always good!! I like the comfort of the space, my privacy and comfortable bed.

That it ended too fast.

The accommodation was very good but I didn't like the fact that instead of 128, they charged us 178 from the card.

I like that it’s in a peaceful place. I love the town and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was awesome by the way.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get back to my route .

Handicap parking wasn’t convenient.

I loved the. Hospitality of one of the staff members she was the most kind hearted and helpful person I met in this town. She runs her own beauty supply store and I recommend anyone and everyone to visit her shop .Her name is SHAUNTORA, she works the late shift or the Early morning shift. She went above and beyond her job so I would like to personally give this woman the praise she deserves.

The whole hotel was non smoking and I hate having to go out in the cold to smoke, but I can honestly say I only smoked 3 cigarettes in 2 days. Cause it was to cold to go outside lol. But In the long run I ended up saving money .. so thank you la quinta!
