The staff here is very helpful. I had a terrible incident of someone stole my purse and wiped me out financially. They were willing to work with me on a cash basis of whatever little money I was able ti save to provide a roof over my head. Joanne

Inability to get new towels without turning in my used towels for laundering. If towels are turned in, you should be able to get clean ones immediately for exchange. You shouldn't have to wait until your dirty ones are laundered. I understand there are crooked people out there who steal towels and they are just protecting their inventory, but I don't understand if you return them why you can't get clean ones immediately. Breakfast was good and I did like the room very much

The price posted was not what I paid. Also when I asked to extend they would not give me the rate that I had booked. I also asked for a 3 hour late checkout but was told it would be $30. Gouging.

Hotel smelled very fresh and the lemongrass scent was very refreshing. They do a good job keeping the hotel clean & fresh. Customer service was very good. They seem to care about their guest. We appreciate their hospitality.

Breakfast selection

Location was excellent, near to the highway, shopping and eateries. A whole community was behind the hotel so you could see people coming and going.

They could have more seating in the room. The one office chair was not so functional. We had to sit on the bed most of the time to do anything.

The A/C worked well. I liked having a fridge in the room. Very convenient.

The person upstairs woke me up both nights I was there. Heard a lot of running water through the walls. Coffee wasnt the greatest and the breakfast items were lacking. No ABC, NBC, CBS or FOX channels.on the TV. That was very dissapointing.

Location for a funeral we attended was perfect. Close to restaurants, stores. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Doors would occasionally loudly slam shut but that seems true in many motels.

This is very clean very pleasant very quiet very good breakfast what are the most relaxing evenings I've had in a long time thank you very much

Location was convenient. Nice to have hot choices for breakfast.

Some water leaking by ac, which seeped through cracks in flooring. However management was going to check it out and seemed very responsive. We reported the issue as we were leaving.

Breakfast was pretty good and the experience was pleasant. The hotel is close to everything so it was convenient!

Although the breakfast was good, there could be a few more options but not bad for a complimentary breakfast!
