I did not like that I got charged $25.00 for a key exchange fee. I had a room booked for 3/31/25, and my traveling companion already had her own room booked for 3/30/25 for us. When i arrived at the hotel on 3/30/25. The staff member asked me if i wanted to stay in the room that my companion was in, so we wouldn't need to change rooms. The staff never mentioned any fee was needed, but she did tell me that we need to check out so she can check us in. When we went down to check out and check in under my name, I was told I have to pay a 25 dollar exchange fee. If I went to the room they originally booked for me on 3/31/25, I wouldn't have been charged 25 dollar. If I was told that upfront on 3/30/35, I would have just kept the room that was originally booked.

the breakfast was ok the staff friendly rooms clean i am handicap requested rm with roll in shower. i ended up opening a acct with marriot .com so i guess i will receive e mails

I like the fact that I was able to get a room on the floor of my choice.

We chose this hotel because of the hot breakfast. When we came before it was good this visit the breakfast was not good at all and juice machine didn't work. Staff didn't try to fix the problem. Also the bathroom and sofa and use a deep cleaning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the room layout...spacious. It also had everything needed.

- Room wasn't terrifically clean. Particularly the bathroom...maybe 6 out of 10. - Ironing board was a complete mess. I know it's a 1st world problem, but it was nearly unusable. - TV remote was not working. Front desk eventually solved the problem. - Spider and centipede in the bathroom. ;) Small things...but when folks are tired from traveling...the small things matter.

Location was close to shopping, dining, and entertainment and bars

Great location near both restaurants and shopping centers, and off the beaten path. There is a light which gives you quick and easy assess to I-85. The staff was Courteous and professional with good customer service. I will truly return in the future.

Like more options for breakfast, and more parking.

Nothing special. Packaged sandwiches that you heated in the microwave. To be fair, cereal and a limited fruit selection. Coffee, in terms of quality and variety, was very good.

Breakfast was adequate but not really up to the standard of other properties.
