Great hotel in Newnan, GA! Best deal for extended stays. They have stovetops, full sized fridges, and plenty of cabinet space. Beds are comfy and hotel staff is friendly. Great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. Newnan has an excellent downtown area with lots to see. Laundry facilities and snack machines are available too. If you want cutlery, dishes, etc all you need to do ask the front desk. Hotel is also pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

They should not advertise breakfast included. It is literally just coffee, pre-packaged muffins, and hard boiled eggs. No juice, no hot food, no cereal, no milk, no oatmeal, no pancakes, no meat, no eggs, no yogurt, etc.

Garbage needed removed more often that was collected in the stairwell. I try to use steps as much as possible and stairwell smelled horrible.

Very clean, convenient & nice friendly staff

I was unaware of the $100 deposit during my reservation & wasn’t notified until I arrived, I had to make arrangements for the deposit. There were unattended children running around the hotel messing with the elevator, regardless, We very much appreciate the staffs kindness. Rooms were clean, very comfortable & nice, I would definitely stay again!

It was so nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. Quick elevators. Nice quiet place.

I am convinced the a/c is motion activated because the only time our room was cool was while we were up and moving around. If we laid down it kicked off and got warm in the room.

The hotel in itself was great but when I booked through booking.com they did not let me know that I could have got my room cheaper with the discounts that I should sign up for them they never told me that. So I ended up paying $2,500 for 15 nights which is ridiculous compared to $ 67 a night.. which that is terrible customer service they should have suggested that to me but the hotel itself where I stayed all the employees everybody was very nice Chris dealt with me a lot of times in the evening and he was just super nice besides all of them were anyway that was wrong what booking.com did with no customer service not telling me about I could get that room cheaper if I had just signed in signed up that was very rude I don't have money to burn like that nobody does if I hadn't had to stay here I would have left

I think I said it all in that last paragraph the way booking.com treated me money wise and charged me

The premise was very clean and neat. The management and staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. I'm glad I chose to stay at Extended Stay America!!!

The location was great. Near the interstate and many restaurants. Room was super clean, beds were comfortable. I felt safe staying here!

The complimentary breakfast bamboozled me a little bit. It was just was yogurt, muffins, coffee, and oatmeal you had to make yourself.

The room had a full size fridge and a stove, but we didn't use it b/c we were only there for overnight. No carpet on the floor was great. Hotel was only 2 years old

The breakfast was continental, no hot breakfast other than instant oatmeal other than that it was great.

Everything was great

I do have one complaint. One of the staff members is absolutely horrible. We got into a verbal argument. 1 time and almost got into a second. She had a bad attitude and nasty mouth and really needs to learn how to listen. She was not called stupid what she said was stupid. The next time I seen her she all me and my boyfriend (did we just hear what she said) like we are stupid or like we was kids. Like I said nasty attitude and nasty mouth to be working in customer service. If I knew her name I would definitely put her on blast.

The check in was quick and easy. The host was friendly and gave me all the information I needed

The vent in the bathroom was dirty. It needed to be cleaned.
