The hotel was booked for my pastor and First Lady anniversary banquet. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for them. I was allowed to go in and put a fruit basket in their room.

They were late getting to church because the toilet was stopped up and I was told my the front desk that there was no maintenance person there to help and they had to wait until she was able to leave the front desk to go up there to help them wish I feel is very unacceptable. I asked to be compensated for this and was told no.

So very comfortable. The mattress was firm but comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby/ breakfast area was immaculate. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety, and everything was delicious. The area around the hotel is absolutely wonderful.

The carpet in the hallway looked a bit beaten and stained. The air conditioner in room 201 rattled loudly. We were moved to another room. The price was high. I had lots of good things to say about the place, but it was still a little too much money.

Nice facility, helpful and courteous staff, wide variety of breakfast choices, good location with nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was very helpful to have a room on the first floor for my husband who has some mobility issues. Staff asked if we had a floor preference at check-in and she was able to accommodate us in a first floor room.

The AC unit was loud when it cut on/off and woke us multiple times during the night.

The location of the hotel is extremely quiet.

Saturday evening we experienced some noise coming from those that were in 331 (right above us). In addition, the pool wasn’t available each time we visit this hotel. However, the times of our visits was cold weather so it didn’t matter but we would like to see the pool available during our next visit which could very well be hotter.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. It served our needs well. There seemed to be a weird smell in the hallway leading to our room, but everything was clean. The staff in the breakfast area were wonderful and friendly. The front desk staff were fine. The hotel was close to our destinations, so convenience was a plus.

Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our very delicious breakfast. The staff at this motel was very pleasant. I thought it was very nice that our desk clerk, who checked me in, asked my preference - to be upstairs or downstairs. He also told made me feel very welcome when he told me to let him know if we needed anything. The desk clerk, who checked us out was very pleasant. The lady in charge of breakfast was so efficient, replenishing food, smiling when she spoke to me, and working to make sure the entire breakfast room stayed tidy. I would recommend this motel to others. Thank you so much, Fairfield Inn, for making our stay very pleasant and peaceful. We had an excellent good night's sleep here.

We did not like that we did not have a sofa or two comfy chairs. Being able to sit upright in chairs is very important for the comfort of guests in your motel. Thank you very much for considering adding chairs to each motel room. We did have a desk chair, but the legs extend out too far and I tripped over them a few times. Everything else was excellent.

The breakfast was above what I expected. Exceptional! The facilities were very clean and nicely appointed.

The checkin process was very efficient. The person checking me in could have been a little more welcoming.

The room was everything I hoped it would be!

The fridge never got cold. It makes no sense to have to push a button every two hours to turn the fridge back on. Because of this we threw out some leftovers out since they were warm the next morning.

This hotel was exquisite. After a long day of travel, checking in was a breeze and the room was fabulous. Clean, nice, comfortable. Anytime I stay in Peachtree City from now on, it will most definitely be here!

Coffee was hot and good. Other than that, breakfast was mediocre.

I thought the breakfast was ok not many choices. It was limited considering the price of the room. Coffee was good but hot foods were lacking but plenty of breads and cereals if that's what you want.
