Breakfast very good with good selection & very friendly , efficient staff'. Greatly appreciated the staff member complementing the first night since the door wouldn't lock & being very gracious in helping me move to another room, though it wasn't of the same quality

Thought price of 2 queen beds & one queen bed rooms shouldn't have been the same. There was a great difference between them, though both were very comfortable & the one bed room was adequate but not elegant as was the 2 bedroom.

The room was great .. loved the view the air unit ...The bed and the quietness ..The room breakfast was great ,My husband and i always love the location .. We do feel safe on the property

well sorry to say ...We moved the chair in the room and it was a big box of beer behind it .. The sheets were not on properly ,fitted top... Sorry to say when i checked in i had to pay a extra dollar off my credit card for some fee ,They gave me a upstairs room i asked for a room on the first floor they had to change that .. The water wasn't as hot in my room .. overall everything was Ok.. The cleaners need to do a little better

Location is great. Staff are excellent. Property is clean and comfortable however beds could definitely be more comfortable. I could feel the springs. To be fair, I am super sensitive with painful hips and it was already hurting. I would LOVE to have a bed without springs or at least well covered springs. But the overall comfort of the hotel, safety and the friendly professional staff makes it worth it!!! I have stayed multiple times here and will continue to do so! Thank you so much!! Venessa

The breakfast is a nice jump start to your day, bacon, eggs, fruit and of course coffee! The staff at the front desk as well as in the breakfast hall was friendly and helpful! The rooms are a decent size, very clean and I like the extra toiletries the hotel provides that you may not think of at the time of packing such as: shower caps, make-up wipes and cotton swabs (Tips). My stay was very pleasant and I will definitely return.

Breakfast staff was very nice.

Very disappointed that we didn't get at least 2 rooms adjoining. We asked for it and Hampton said that booking.com never gave them the message. The whole trip was changed because of it. Also, grouchy desk clerk didn't want to turn on lights in lobby for card playing. They did, but reluctantly. Ridiculous.

The staff was absolutely wonderful- friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with the food being plentiful and hot.

The only question I had was a few days before our stay an email arrived from the hotel stating the masks were required in the lobby. Nobody was wearing masks. This letter may be a scheduled letter which should be omitted for future guests.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was quiet and overall felt clean. Great location, easy parking & checkin and felt safe. Breakfast was good & convenient with lots of options.

Only complaint was there was a pubic hair on the shelf in the shower of my room, so while it overall seemed clean, that did gross me out.

The cleanliness of the grounds , room, lobby, dining area, elevator . It was such a very clean and comfortable environment. The receptionist was extremely Chequita,was so accommodating and friendly professional . Definitely will stay at your Place on another visit.

It was a quiet 🤫 room and parking was great.. We love the location we got to our food and to other destinations very smoothly and quickly ..Everytime it gets better.. My husband and I love ❤️ coming here we already book our stay 😄

Well it was a piece hair on air conditioner but over everything was great .

Not too many rooms still offer microwaves and refrigerators, and I was pleasantly surprised to see this room had both. These items are essential to travelers, especially if you are staying more than 3 days.

The location isn’t that great if you don’t have a car. There are no shops or restaurants nearby to walk to if needed. You have to uber or taxi to go places and get food.
