Convenient location in center of town, seemed safe. Clean. Good breakfast. Easy check in/out. Comfortable beds.

Our in room coffee maker had a broken ON /OFF button which we told the front desk at check in around 4pm. Even though the clerk said the hotel was pretty empty being Jan 1, he said he was not allowed to go into a vacant room (with no guests assigned) to get us a working coffee machine. He did nothing to contact a manager or solve the issue. Bare minimum service. We were given a room on the busy rode-side of the building despite the hotel being Vacant per the front desk. We should’ve requested a room on the quiet backside of the building.

Really liked the location and proximity to historic downtown Fayetteville, GA. This was a neat place that was close to anything you needed, just a short drive away. Needed a place for a trip, and this spot fit the bill at a great price. Local amenities are just a short walk into town.

I didn't spend much time touring around, but I noticed the beds weren't as comfortable as expected. I had a hard time sleeping through the night.

Very clean and all the people were very friendly.

The deposit they take out of your bank account without your knowledge. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’ve never had to pay a deposit. Then it takes 3 to 5 days to get your deposit back. If the company is going to charge you, then tell them up front.

I always like staying here when my friend is in town.

The fact that the new policy to hold a whole night room deposit was startling to me . I normally book & pay at property but this time I paid online it was taken out & was charged at property and told 1 charge would fall off .I was totally unprepared for that hit & I hope it falls off soon .

The location was awesome. Everything was nearby and in waking distance the community felt very safe. Check in was also great and easy. The beds were awesome the comfort of the room was great. I was so glad my room didnt smell like any type of animals being that I travel with my dog. It was also quiet , I didnt experience any issues. Didnt have breakfast because I was pressed for time.

I didnt care for the bathroom. The tub was a little dingy and the showerhead had mold or dirt on it. Kinda gross to be honest. You could tell the bathroom doesnt receive much attention the vent was caked with dirt or dust. Dirt had been pushed into the cracks of the bathroom floor. I didn't have time to request a cleaning person cause it was only for 1 nite and time wasnt on my side for this visit. The overall stay of the room was great minus the bathroom.

We did not eat breakfast there. The location is great for us when we are in Fayetteville. Our son lives there and doesn't have sleeping accommodations for us. It is a great location for us when we aren't traveling with our 5th wheel.

The fridge was broken 😟. Like all hotels the coffee in the room was terrible but with breakfast/lobby was darn good.

Have not tried the breakfast I'm normally out pretty early . The renovation is very nice it was just a lot of white residue left on the floor from the renovation. Just needed to be swept and mopped . Everything else was great .

Make sure the floors are clean

They served breakfast which made breakfast time simple for me and my 3 toddlers😌

My stay was about a week. One of the housekeepers told me she wasn’t going to clean my room because she did the day before, and handed me the cleaning supplies to do so myself😶

Friendly staff, very clean, hot breakfast. Perry (Breakfast personnel) was outstanding! He kept the area stocked and well maintained. I noticed everyone was complimentary towards him.
