Room was clean and very spacious. Willard at the front desk was excellent, great customer service!

When first arriving, the lady at the desk was rude, I asked to check in at 2:20 , was told I could NOT check in until 3. The room was a handicap accessible room, the bathroom door slides open so heavy my elderly mother could not open the door. Bed frame sticking out so far I scrapped my leg. Willard at the front desk gave me towels to cover the metal frame and offered to switch our room.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in the Cleanliness was top grade!

I booked three rooms for my family, and my brother and nephew arrived before me and I was quite shocked that they gave them the keys to our room since none of their names and or addresses are the same-This is very disconcerting for people that are trying to run away from abusive situations which I wasn’t but basically they gave two random strangers the keys to my room😱 Also, there needs to be more signs for those irresponsible pet owners that don’t clean up after their pets. It’s hard enough, finding a hotel for animals over 50 pounds without the guest actually ruining it.

The hotel was immaculately clean, had a great breakfast buffet, and had a great lobby setup with games that our kids loved (giant Jenga, giant Connect-4, and Checkers). Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless!

The only thing I noticed as a negative during our stay was that the staff were not overly friendly. They were clearly good at their jobs because of the state of the place, but they were not very personable or friendly. They weren't bad, they were just generally neutral.

Breakfast was good, great variety. Clean, spacious room.

Front desk folks could have been a little more upbeat, no biggie. We left the do not disturb up most days, but the day we didn't, only the garbage was emptied. I made the bed, so I guess they felt all was well. I really wanted some new towels, but that didn't happen. Aside from that, no other complaints. I would stay again.

The staff was friendly, the facilites were nice the bedroom was clean and had plenty of space. The lobby was really nice as well. The shower was the best part one of the best showers I’ve seen in a hotel room.

The parking spaces were too skinny and the room had a pull out bed but we did not have extra sheets for it or pillows. We had to call the front desk and get them. Someone did bring it up for us.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I have traveled many times for business and I would rank this hotel among the top ones I have stayed in. I would definitely book this hotel again.

There isn't anything that I didn't like about my stay.

The hotel was located in the best part of Newman. Everything was near by, didn’t have to do a lot of traveling. Hotel was very quiet like that a whole lot. All the workers were excellent very nice. Really enjoyed the room very clean and quiet.

The breakfast was amazing - fresh eggs, pancakes, sausage, cinnamon rolls . . . and the cook was the most wonderful person. She radiated warmth and friendliness, and my wife, son, and I felt we had a new friend by the time we left.

I like that it was clean and close near restaurants and shopping areas.

You can smell a strong, unpleasant odor aroma of a dog scent in the rooms and hallways. Need to put air freshners in hallways and rooms.

Clean rooms. Beds were comfortable for hotel beds!

Bath Tub wasn’t very clean it had hair on the walls but I brought cleaner and cleaned it before using.
