From the time we checked in to the next morning/check out, we enjoyed our stay. Front desk was helpful and so sweet! The breakfast was a nice buffet, soft scrambled eggs, choice of pork or turkey for sausages, make your own waffles, assorted cereals, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and yogurt is what our group ate. It was fresh and hot! Thank you! The beds were very comfortable! The location was very close to our Holiday train ride/ 10 minutes or closer.

There was no coffee or tea, but we got it from breakfast area. We will find a better more attentive restaurant. The Rail House took over an hour to bring our food. I can accept this, knowing they are busy, but it needs to fresh and hot, not cold and hard. It wasn’t worth the wait.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. I spoke to about four different front desk attendants each one had a smile on their face and answered any questions I had. The hotel was also very clean and looked nice. We will definitely pick this hotel again for our next stay in a few weeks.

The hotel was very nice but what really made it special was the staff…everyone that we came in contact with was friendly and warm and helpful…it was a real pleasure to stay there.

I didn’t like the chase lounge chair in the room it just didn’t fit right in the room. A small couch and ottoman would have been a better option. The shades didn’t open needed to be fixed.

convenience to interstate, the personnel were friendly. I stayed here in 2016 and was very impressed so it was our first choice this time.

My bathroom was in need of a thorough cleaning. it was dusty and the floor was sticky. The tub, sink and toilet did appear very clean. The property looks well maintained.

We had no television that night. I thought they could have taken some money off the bill since the evening became very boring.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was nice and rooms where clean and well maintained.

The pool was closed. The town was hosting a large softball tournament and all the girls where excited to swim and have fun with their team.

It looked new! Comfort! Delicious breakfast including famous cinnamons rolls! Brianna at front desk was so welcoming and gracious! AlsoPet free was a must for us

The soap ,shampoo dispenser no bar of bath soap. Plastic cheap toilet seat. In room coffee no water just tap.

The staff was amazing . But the above and beyond of things they provided for the guest was awesome. Very very clean
