From the moment we stepped in the staff was warm friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. I interacted with front desk staff on several different shifts and each person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Housekeeping was excellent, the room was nice and clean. I had a couple of special requests that were handled promptly and cheerfully. The staff really is the highlight of this hotel! The lobby is large with plenty of tables chairs and comfortable seating so if you have a large group of multiple rooms it's a great place to meet up and hang out and socialize.

The rooms are very clean and I appreciate the laminate flooring. They are set up with everything you would need during a short stay. I did not find the beds comfortable at all. They were really soft and lumpy. I could not get comfortable. The pillows are very heavy. So if you're someone who likes to toss and turn the combination of being on a bed that was almost as soft as a waterbed and shifted and having a pillow that was too heavy to comfortably move around is not ideal. We had multiple rooms and other members of my party said their beds were too firm. So I don't think they have a consistent guest experience going on

Went to Greensboro for a wedding.. Tru by Hilton was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great..cool pancake maker. The room was super clean and had everything we needed.

No complaints! Wish we could’ve checked in earlier than 3pm but they were fully booked the night before !

Was in town to teach a class and the group of instructors I was with spent both nights in the lobby. The woman working both nights was fun and friendly. Great location and always clean. I’ll always stay here when in Greensboro

We stayed at 2 Tru Hilton's on our recent trip. We really liked how clean the facility was and how friendly the staff was at both locations. We will definitely be looking to stay at the Tru Hilton properties in the future.

Location was good. We didn't eat the breakfast. I liked the fact that it was clean. I liked that the staff was friendly and inviting.

The room was a little small. But not a deal breaker.

The Italian restaurant took way too long to even get water, drinks or order for dinner Reservations we’re 7:30 let at 9:30

The facility was conveniently located, clean, and the staff were friendly! Being that i was traveling alone, i also felt very safe during my stay here. The price wasn't bad at all, and the fruit provided in the lobby was a great touch!

The room did not have a closed in closet space. Other than that, everything was good!

Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of items to select from.

Need to offer both active duty and military veteran discounts for the lodging costs are already high.

The property feels new and modern and is good value. There’s a great breakfast selection included. Big fan of the pancake maker.

I did not like that I could hear the guests in the room next door so well. Made privacy a myth. Breakfast was fine, but could have used some bacon.
