Our room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the Dove liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that was provided. Checking in and checking out was very fast. They had our keys ready for pick up. The hotel was in walking distance to several stores and places to eat.

At 8 am we were awakened by someone from the cleaning staff continuously banging forcefully and loudly on our door.

Hotel was exceptionally clean, always saw workers sanitizing all common areas. Cleaning crew was so friendly and always made sure I had enough clean towels and washcloths. Beds we’re very comfortable and nice hot water for showering. Great place to stay when I’m in town.

As I mentioned everything was stellar just a few things at the breakfast… each day o asked the cooking staff if their would be oatmeal and she said yes but only packets were provided…. Butter was kept in fridge therefore couldn’t spread on toast… toaster caught fire while my mom was making her toast… never replaced with an option during my stay and DeCafe coffe urn didn’t stay hot…. When I asked about it the young lady said I know… my question is too that if you know why can’t it be replaced with a new one.

The location was convenient. The breakfast was substantial, tempting, looked clean and the dining area was clean and well-attended. As a whole, the property was clean and well-maintained. Housekeepers worked hard and well with only one exception below.

When we arrived, there were black shoe marks on the base of the shower near the floor and some type liquid stain on the floor in front of the commode. These are small things that undermined my perception that the bathroom was as clean as it otherwise looked. I just wiped them up myself and when I later saw how hard the housekeepers worked, I had a lot of respect for them. So, I am mentioning this FOR their good and hoping it will be used to support them rather than it be used against them. Hope this helps.

I loved the room aside from the smell. It was spacious with lots of room and very nice. I enjoyed the pool and also the breakfast bar was very good with a variety of choices. My son also took advantage of the laundry room as he works out of town and needed to wash everything in his suitcase.

I didn't like the smell in our room. The odor of cleaning products was so strong that it would almost take your breath. I have breathing issues and had a hard time sleeping. I stayed out of the room as much as possible. I would suggest that they try to get some unscented products for customers with COPD or other issues.

I love the fact that this hotel was extremely clean. The staff was amazing. There’s a ihop beside the hotel no need to go there for breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The only issue I had was when you first walk in the room it had a small smell but once we turn the air on the smell goes away and also I mentioned to the staff and they were willing to come check it out but I told them I’ll be okay. I just wanted them to be aware.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean! The staff were always friendly, no matter who we encountered. The breakfast was delicious everyday. If we travel here again, we will definitely stay at this hotel

My niece was disappointed that the pool was outdoors, so she couldn't go swimming

The location from Georgia college was good and good places shop for school and to eat. Real easy to get to college. THe people where nice at the hotel

The pool was not clean and the ice machine did not work on third floor and needs some more decaf. in room. Wish the store could stay open longer.

Convenient

Rude woman working at night when we checked in. Would not allow me to even look where the fitness center was located because it was closed at that time. I had to wait until the morning and ask the desk clerk then to know where to go.

clean, spacious. Very good staff. Friendly, very accommodating. Check in and Check out we’re very easy. Rooms nicely decorated and specious. Very good location!

parking not large enough to comfortably accommodate a large number of guests. Parking near the entrance for check in small. Got no wash cloths for last day of stay. Did not notice until morning of checkout. Was clearly a mistakable oversight. Elevator doors open and close too quickly! Barely gives enough time to enter with luggage! However, these things had only minimal bearing on my overall stay .

Excellent breakfast, good variety and good quality

Questioned weather the sheets on my bed were changed, my bed had a smell of an essential oil that was unpleasant and the sheets didn’t look fresh. My husband’s bed was ok.
