The location and the staff were nice and friendly.

It wasn't that clean. It needed a good cleaning. The lady kept the halls and dining g area very clean. There were different people cleaning the sleeping rooms it was not that clean. The pool area was dirty with wet towels everywhere my family kept their area clean. The pool bathroom was a nasty toilet that was broken, and the hot tub was not working. I like room was spacious and the breakfast was good.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Vinyl flooring in room which to me is much better than carpet. Room was clean. Good quality rest. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. All my requests were met promptly. I recommend this hotel.

Room didn't have a phone but no big deal. They did say they are updating their phone system, so that's ok.

I liked the free breakfast, and afternoon lemon water and cookies, it was quite at night and no one bothered us

I didn't like the lighting in the room it seemed a little dark, and the bathroom door would get locked in it's own the drain in the shower took forever for the water to go down and I saw 2 small roaches in the bathroom

Absolutely love the Continental Breakfast. Better than I expected. My stay was comfortable, relaxing and secure. Only one instant, the guy on the front desk needs Anger Management classes. (The night BEFORE our checkout, the keyboard would not permit us entry. My husband and I went to the front desk to inquire because we extended our stay by a day. He immediately BLEW UP, which showed POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE) Other, than that, my stay was pleasurable and I would return in the future😊

The Quick Temper of the guy on the front desk. Instead of calming and ensuring us, he was confrontational which could have led to a bigger explosion

The Staff is so nice!! It’s a kid friendly place! Breakfast was so nice and clean to sit in the cafeteria! Room was spacious and clean! House keeping alway made sure the room was clean and alway had clean towels on hand when needed. Pool was a great place for the kiddos to have fun!! Restaurant and store close for comfort!!

I love that this property offer breakfast, and it more to choose from than just waffles and fruit.

Everything was perfect at this property EXCEPT the size of the tv. I really was hopping for at least a “”45-55” inch tv. But it’s okay because everything else overturned that..

End room near exit door. Noisy due to traffic in and out of door. Breakfast was filling. Area was clean and food was tasty.

No announcement that breakfast was ending. The worker just switched off the lights. Rather a rude way to interact with guests.

Room was double booked. Someone tried to enter room at 3 in the morning. Thought they were going to break the door down. Person at counter could not register my military discount after several attempts. Would like my discount.

Could have been better if our beds were refreshed with clean linen. We stayed there for 4 nights.

The breakfast offer high. Carbs meals that should have been balanced with protein better. Those people with diabetes will have a hard time eating such a meal.
