Very clean, well appointed room. Staff was nice, check in was hassle free.

There is no easy access green space to walk pets. Pets had to either be walked through the lobby, which was also the dining area, or down hallway, down stairs outside to the parking lot, across the lot, and behind the building. You cannot enter back through the door for stairs, so entry through a different door, than take an elevator to lobby. I asked for a room close to an exit, to make walking dogs easier, so I assume this was the best they had.

The hotel was clean and smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. The lady at the front was friendly and helpful upon arrival.

I didn’t like that the room next door was blasting their tv so loud that we couldn’t sleep the first night we were there. I called the front desk and asked them to please do a courtesy call. The tv remained loud until 12:40am so either the person at the front desk didn’t call or the guest didn’t listen.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, updated, and did not have any smoke or pet smells (musty odors). My wife and I loved the walk in showers. The black out shades are always a plus, also. The staff were great... very professional and pleasant.

I will say that the bathroom seemed to always be a little stuffy. Just doesn't get much air flow. But other than that not much to complain about.

Absolutely everything! I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one was one of the best ever! From the minute we walked in to the moment we checked out.....fabulous! Don checked us in and had such a warm and welcoming personality....not to mention a wonderful sense of humor. This hotel is fairly new and is kept immaculate. Seriously did not see a spec of dirt anywhere. The room was just a bit on the smaller side, but made no difference to us. The beds were very comfortable....nice soft linens and a generous supply of towels. And did I mention quiet? I'm a very light sleeper, but did not hear a sound all night. Breakfast did not disappoint! Very nice selection of eggs sausage biscuits french toast waffles fruit cereal juice coffee.....all very good. We would most definitely stay here again!

New hotel with great staff.

Noise from little girl jumping upstairs At 5 am woke everyone up. Terrible - no sound dampening in an otherwise nice hotel. Breakfast was poor as with most of these type hotels. No healthy choices mostly sugar and fat. Coffee was flavored water and “fruit” was brown /old. Not worth considering- then your next choices are 2 waffle houses right next to the hotel. Heart attacks in the making. Only thing missing was a local express health clinic to treat people for heart disease. Haha. For a roadside hotel the price was high.

The staff were extremely nice. It was clean and comfortable.

The luggage carts were missing sometimes, guest take them in their rooms. I suggest checking carts out. It’s hard to carry a lot of luggage. It’s not actually the fault of the hotel. I just wanted to suggest checking them out since guest will refuse to return them.

It was very clean and the staff were pleasant. I was stuck here because of the hurricane. The location has a lot of food options but everything was closed due to the weather. The food I got was from their snack area and I had to make the best of it. The bed was a beautiful high king and super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Atlanta. It is also pet friendly.

Breakfast was fantastic! Room was spotless which is very important to us. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. We will stay here every year when we go on vacation. This was our stopping point between locations and we could not be happier with the room and the hotel staff. Absolutely 10 stars!!!

Not one thing we did not like. A very very well managed hotel with a focus on cleanliness. Hope it stays this way.

Breakfast was Good,but needed few more options or varieties. Maybe Grits and bacon could be rotated with the sausage links and patties every other day !!!

pillows, beds, breakfast. I think it was Lisa at the breakfast area who was wonderful. Very helpful.

That when I mistakenly reserve wrong location on Booking.com, it says I can change if location okays. They wouldn't (couldn't?). I wanted to stay at La Quinta in different place. However, when I finally checked in where I didn't want to be, check in woman was very nice.
