One word that describe this hotel and my stay EXCEPTIONAL WOW! Absolutely amazing is all i can say about this hotel. The staff. The sweet young pretty lady that works in the mornings who always make my mornings a bit more better with her smile and politeness. Ms.Ida who’s such a beautiful spirit always making sure things are ok. Ms Marsha (Such s breath of fresh air) makes u feel so comfortable and her conversations are always Spectacular. Dylan who makes your stay special as well. But that General manager Jahmil. GODS GIFT. I’ve never well I haven’t in a while met a manager so giving. So stern. So understanding , So special. So hardworking , so full of life and energy. With a smile thatll win any heart. He works his tale off and carries the whole facility in such a loving way. Each team member makes it feel like family is there with u. Like your staying with your family. And even the guest create strong bonds and friendships that are long lasting and meaningful. This is the best hotel I’ve ever visited and stayed in. I fully from the bottom of my heart appreciate Jahmil for everything he’s done for me during my stay here. I will never forget you. I thank the staff for making me feel like I was with family which made it even more comfy. Extended Stay America 10/10. The absolute best in the area for an extended stay. God sent me here. And I’m glad he did. Thank you all

Everything was amazing

The location and price was good

The Desk clerk was very unhelpful and not knowledgeable of computer systems. He overcharged us and did not know how to correct it and told us to talk to the person coming on after him. We did talk to the lady in the morning and she raised our concerns to the morning manager and it was corrected. Also there were people above us who were making EXCESSIVE NOISE at 10:00 as we were trying to sleep. We requested the desk clerk advise the people. After 20 minutes, still with no changed I talked to him again, he only had excesses and had not contacted the tenants. I requested again that he look into it. The issue still went on for over an hour.

Staff was really kind and helpful! And the place is kept clean. Our Sheetal were spotless and the pillows were super fluffy. This is our second time here and this will be our go to hotel in our area!

Not much. The only thing is that the past stays smoking in their room leaves a lingering smell, but it's not the staff's fault at all. They do their best to enforce their no smoking policies.

It was just a wonderful experience. I would say with you all again.

The Continental breakfast wasn’t the best all they had was sweet sugary muffins, and granola bars, and it would be nice for people who can’t drink regular coffee to have decaf also

Newer construction.

Had to smash two cockroaches upon entering the room. Some vagabonds were hanging out in the parking lot.

Great location and the coffee was good! Also, the staff was very nice.

The cable connection was not secure. I had to adjust the wires every time I turned on the tv. I mentioned it to the front desk.

It was clean and felt safe

The floors in our room were very sticky and ac unit cover were broke. There were not enough towels for 3 or more people. They only put 2 sets in

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was just an all around great place to stay.

Great place to where I needed to be

Needed coffeepot without going downstairs to get it and bringing it up to room. Bathroom needed alttle more cleaning.

I like everything

I didn't like I didn't get the price that I booked through booking.com with. The manager claimed that they couldn't change the price and that was booking.com price and not theirs.
