The bed was very comfortable, Plenty of Dove soap products. Free coffee in the morning downstairs. The front desk lady Chikara, was sooo very helpful, nice and energetic. We left a few suit pieces in the closet and she found them!

Room 301 - Our room had a few cobwebs where the wall met the ceiling, near the window/curtains. The desk chair looks like someone's pet chewed it up on the side The shower floor gets really slippery after soaping up and the shower door handles were loose and kept bumping each other when trying to open and close the shower doors. The room felt stuffy after cooking breakfast and going out and coming back later The A/C never really cooled the room well and we weren't able to turn it on from the wall controls, we had to turn it on using the buttons the window unit itself.

The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. One of the staff members in particular was named Symphoni and she was extremely helpful with getting my room rebooked after the system mistakenly cancelled it. She is an excellent asset to Candlewood and I will definitely be staying at this location again and referring to my friends and family.

Requested clean wash clothes and towels during my stay and it took several hours for me to receive them. I was told that they were still washing.

Suite seemed extremely large. The room came stocked with clean kitchenware, Dove soap, and plenty of towels/rags. Staff was friendly. Didn’t have a breakfast but they had a “pantry” that you could buy from or get free coffee from. It’s these small things that make it awesome.

Plumbing seemed extra loud. Anytime neighbors flushed or used the sink, it was very noticeable.

There was mix-up between booking and the hotel. We paid for a studio suite but when we got there booking replaced it with a standard room. The hotel was able to switch and get us in the room we paid for. Something went wrong somewhere.

Everything was very nice, rooms very clean, good environment around everything. Bed super comfy, staff very helpful.

I would've loved if they had a hot breakfast, it was quite surprising it weren't offered for free, even though they had some accommodating breakfast items you could purchase in their gift shop.

The bed and bedding was the best I've experienced. Great night's sleep. Staff was sweet and friendly. Suite was very clean and unexpectedly spacious.

Offering breakfast would have been a nice extra. But with the kitchen in room, it was not really an inconvenience. Distance of elevator from outer door was somewhat challenging so we lugged bags up 4 flights.

Everything especially the cleanliness and location and price. Also the professionalism of the staff. She went over and beyond telling me about the free coffee and tea as well as three pages of places to eat.

I wish they served a little breakfast even if it is continental.

The night clerk was just the sweetest young lady. Very clean and modern room, complete with full size fridge, dishwasher, two burner stove top, etc.

The only thing that was an issue was getting to the hotel. Using "Maps" or other app on phone takes you nowhere near the hotel. Had to call hotel and was given an alternate address to plug in. This was a bit frustrating after being on the road all day. Not a deal breaker, but no breakfast provided here.

The facility was great. Everyone was nice. Very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Tatiana was amazing when we checked in and checked out!! Very friendly and excellent customer service.

My husband and I were very impressed with our room, the comfort of our bed, the staff we worked with and the quietness in our room. We couldn't ask for more than we received.

Everything was great. Personally I prefer using bar soap vs gel.
