Room seemed clean and fresh. . Pool was clean and saw cameras. Open till 10 pm.

Door knob on bathroom loose and door scratched up where others may have got stuck in it. Seemed a drip from the ceiling was where it had been patched. The front desk said he would send someone in when we left 113..

The location is close to I-75, and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds are comfy. We could have used one more pillow.. The breakfast was nice and all you need for the competitive price.

The road noise is a little much at times, but when you choose to be close to an interstate, you hear the traffic and city noise. It's to be expected.

I liked the greeting when I walked in, the exceptional and professional customer service with fully explaining everything. Easily and quickly with getting extra towels, etc for the pool. Great breakfast and also pleasant check out. Also, LOVE the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion pumps!!

There was really nothing I didn't like. We were there on a very sad situation and it was really a pleasant stay. I would give this hotel at least a 4.5 start especially for the value!

The rooms were roomy and quiet.

The laundry was locked at 8 so liby the time I got there to check in I couldn't wash my clothes.That was a challenge since I'm on the road so much with work.I wasn't pleased with that at all.

The soap was nice.

The pillows weren't made up in a pattern like before and there was a hair on the bed which made us believe the bed unclean. Also, it was a connecting room, and the people beside us kept their TV up too loud all night so I couldn't sleep.

The upstairs rooms were very clean supplied large bottles of shampoo conditioner lotion. Nice king size bed clean room. Have stayed here several times during business trip & leisure. Stay on ground level several times. First time on second floor. The room on second floor nicer than ground level.

I liked breakfast options

My room was beat up a bit like plaster falling from ceiling above my bed and baseboards falling off. Floor and bathroom door was scratched all bad from other visitors pets! My pet was very well behaved!

Breakfast was sufficient as expected.

When you were traveling, it’s nice to be able to have grab and go items as to not waste time sitting and eating, and to get a decent cup of coffee for the road would be nice with real half-and-half and Splenda. A bottled water would’ve been nice and larger to go cups with lids.

ROOM AND BEDDING WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. ROOM APPOINTMENTS WERE FINE. HOT BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.

REQUESTED TO PAY $50 DEPOSIT - IT WAS REFUNDED IN THE MORNING AT CHECKOUT. I WAS TOLD IT I CHECKED OUT REAL EARLY THEY WOULD HAVE TO INSPECT THE ROOM BEFORE MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE ISSUED. I FOUND THIS TO BE INSULTING ...

Very comfortable bed my sleep was restful. Room was very quiet I didn’t hear a lot of outside noise. Room was pretty much updated with the exception of a few things.

The carpet in the room is old and frayed. Consider updating to vinyl flooring. Need better condiments for coffee. Provide more then one packet of coffee.
