Updated, modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Great breakfast with hot food. Safe, well lit parking lot. Loved the size of our room, it was a queen suite. Loved having lots of lighting options, especially the dimmer desk lamp.

Loud traffic noise from the highway, cars racing and transport trucks honking etc Not the hotels fault at all. If possible choose a room at the back of the hotel, away from the road. Also the unit didn't come with plates, cutlery, anything for serving a meal. A kitchenette full of empty cupboards. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in providing some disposable items for us. Thank you!

This was a wonderful room that had a sofa and ottoman. I liked the set up, the great way the soaps were on the wall in the shower and the hand soap on the wall by the sink. The set up of the room was very user friendly and this room had been newly remodeled so kudos to the designer. The staffwas very friendly and the breakfast was the best I have ever encountered in my travels. I give it 5 stars!

It was close to I75. Walking distance to Chic Falet. We left at 4:00 am and there was fresh coffee in the dining room. Really appreciated that!!

The toilets were too low to the ground. I could hardly get off the pot. Im 5’4” tall. Can you imagine my husband’s experience he is 6’1” tall. I wont repeat what he said.

Jaden who was at the desk was helpful, pleasant, asked if I needed any suggestions for dinner. A couple in front of me had a problem with their reservation not showing up and he handled it with grace and concern and made sure that they had a place to stay.

The only hiccup we had was with the night guy, he was a little Rude to my guests I had in the other room I booked when they asked for extra towels. One of the breakfast ladies was unpleasant to ask questions to.

Very clean and well appointed. The customer service associate who assisted me at check-in was exceptional. His name is Jaden and he should be recognized for the professional representation he affords your establishment.

Lots of traffic in and around that exit, but that’s true in many locales.

Staff was so kind! Love the breakfast crew they were so nice very pleasant to talk to.

Everything was fine. A few things in room outdated told checkout staff of things that needed fixed in the room.

Remodeling since our last stay, very comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower

The floors have no sound barrier so you could hear every movement in the room above. Made it hard to sleep.

Breakfast was always on point and it was located next to Chic Fil A. Staff.was always accommodating and then some.

The only way to make it better is if it was a brand new spot. I truly can't complain with such a stellar staff!

staff was super friendly and helpful,we needed extra room for kids couple days later and they were super helpful we got additional room right next door .
