I want to give a special shout out to Angel who checked us in and also worked at the breakfast area the next morning. She is a joyful ambassador for Hampton. Please let management know that they need to promote her to a position that takes advantage of her joy and helpful attitude. Also want management to know they have several staff members that are multi-tasking to keep this location open. They need assistance from the corporate office to add staff and aid in the operations. Lastly a young man named Antoine who works in housekeeping was quite helpful in assisting us with the IT of setting up our wireless connection within this Hampton location.

There was a little hiccup with check-in, but once we were able to locate our reservation, it was all good after that.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facility was clean. The bed was comfortable and we rested well.

There was a lot of outside noise, possibly from the interstate. There was also a good deal of inside noise. The walls seemed to be very thin. You could hear everything, including the guests above us just walking across the floor. We had trouble with our tub draining properly when showering. We did not mention it to the hotel staff, however.

Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs were better than most places.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk to ask for one she said she didn’t have any to ask in the am. We were leaving relatively early in the morning so made due with things as is.

Breakfast was amazing! Overnight Staff was pleasant and helpful to myself and another guest. She searched and searched for a Plunger for the other guest (her per-teen boy clogged it by using way to much toilet paper so no issue on the hotel). We discussed if the rooms had USB plugs and she wasn't sure but we figured with it being a Hampton Inn by Hilton, it would. Well it didn't...I went back down stairs and she said I think I saw a wall block in the back, let me go look. And she found one and let me borrow it until morning! Also the Water pressure was GREAT! I have thick hair and so many times Hotels and Family do not have enough water pressure to clean my hair. This place did!

No USB plugs to charge devices - I was told there will be an upgrade soon - other than that I saw nothing that needed updating.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was a lot of variety with waffles, etc., and delicious. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff was very efficient. The breakfast facility was spacious and had many choices of food to choose from. The bed was so comfortable!

I was charged 2 $50 damage fees on my credit card. I pray that those will be removed.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Dabrielle at the front desk. Breakfast was great as always. We were traveling with our grandchildren and the nice lady (sorry I did not get her name) that was working the breakfast helped them make waffles. It was a blessed stay.

We where late getting in and Ms. Darita was there with a smile and a welcome. She made our checking in easy. Our children were thrilled to make a hot chocolate and grab a fresh cookie before heading to our room. We made the mistake of trying out another hotel while on our travel and it was horrible. We will never stray again!!

The breakfast was good with a lot of options.

When we first when to our assigned room it was still dirty and had been slept in and not cleaned. We contacted the desk and the Manger transfered us to a suite room and also handled transfering our luggage since I am Handicaped. Some inconvience but handlled quickly.

The room was clean and tidy, big enough for a family of 4. The breakfast included was delicious and had a good variety. Not far away was plenty of restaurants and Walmart not too far either.
