Hotel was clean, staff was nice. My room smelled wonderful. The air felt super clean, room was clean, bed was sooo comfy, hotel quiet. Clean bathroom and breakfast was great!

my sheets had hair and bed crumbs when I pulled back the blanket which made me feel like the sheets weren’t change. I always check the sheet so to see bed crumbs and hair was disappointing to how clean the room looked. I simply asked for the sheets to be changed, but they were gone for the day. I offered to change it myself and I was walked to the laundry room and given clean sheets. This satisfied me and I changed the sheets myself.

The person who checked us in was helpful and very friendly. It was quiet and we enjoyed having 2 nights away from the kids and being able to relax and rest.

Our wash rags and towels were stained and raggedy. We asked a housekeeper for more and she told us we had to wait on our housekeeper. So I went to the front desk and the same person who checked us in was there and helped me. I think whoever is responsible for laundry keeps an eye out the stained linen and throw it away. I usually bring my own anyway, but we like to have the hotels if we need it. Oan, the ice machine wasn't working so we couldn't get ice. So we just bought a bag and put it in the cooler.

Long bathroom counter. Good breakfast with little omelets, sausage patties and waffles. Nice place to stay

Traveling from Michigan to Florida and we decided to stop once through Atlanta. This hotel was priced perfectly and had a great location. We didn't check in until after 9 PM. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Each bed had 4 super fluffy pillows!!! Any room inconveniences were so minor for the price, location and comfort positives! Only thing I would let a family with kids now is to bring a night light. The bathroom light and fan work together so to leave a light on in the room during the night, it was bright in the room.

The building itself could use some work. Our room had some carpet tacking pulled up and the carpets could use a deep cleaning beyond what the normal staff could take care of, and the elevator was kind of sketchy. But all together we would definitely go back again it was very clean and very well maintained by the staff

I love the breakfast that was offered and the housekeeping is awesome... My room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom and a nice view of the parking lot to look at our car parked there ...it was a great stay....

I didn't like that the morning person was not familiar with computers or just trying to find reservations already paid to accommodate the patrons and I didn't like that the staff person was very inconsiderate and just interrupted my stay because he could not find the payment that I already paid for 2 days other than that my say was great.....

Was ok at best. Coffee was not satisfying, juice tasted like it was sour, nothing was marked as what it was, seemed as though folks not actually staying at the hotel were able to come in and get food and take it out. The staff and hotel were friendly and a decent stay, easy check in/out. Very friendly! Location good. During the first evening after our arrival, evidently someone got sick just outside the main entrance and it remained there overnight. Didn't quite understand why the coffee pot was in the bathroom also! But overall, at least 3-1/2 out of 5. Bed was comfy but pillows were a bit small and were mismatched. All different sizes...just weird! A/c worked and fridge worked. The room and accomodations suited for what we needed.
