We never stayed at this property. We arrived 20 minutes after 5:00 on the 25th of October. They wanted $100 deposit to stay there. I said I would find some other place to stay. I then sent an email to you, Booking.com notifying you that we were canceling that reservation. As I recall, the lady at the front desk said we had until 6:00 p.m. to cancel that reservation which we did. I still got charged for the one night. Hopefully someone will get this straightened out and give us back our money..

Location

I did not like the fact I had to give $100 deposit even though I already paid for the room through Booking.com. It took five days to get the $100 returned to my account being Canadian the exchange rate was different which I had to pay for. This has never happened to me before which I explained to the front desk and the basic response was sorry there’s nothing I can do about it. Because I was prepaid, I couldn’t cancel the reservation and go somewhere else which would’ve been my preference. They were plenty of other hotels in the area.

This is one of the nicer Red Roof Inns I’ve stayed in. Clean and comfortable and fairly modern, gas and fast food very close by. Love that Red Roof doesn’t charge pet fees

Note that if you pay ahead with Booking.com, they’ll take a $100 deposit on a credit card when you check in. They don’t accept Amex or debit cards for the deposit.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with several more modern upgrades than many Red Roof Inns. Staff were friendly. Lots of restaurants near by. Pets stay for free.

Rooms were small. Although the rooms were nice, the lobby and hallways were pretty rough looking. No breakfast

Had two king rooms while we were travelling for a family funeral. Loved the layout. Was comfortable and clean. Will stay again. Staff were nice and helpful. centrally located

I booked through a third party booking (Booking, Priceline, etc) and because you do that you are required to give a $100 deposit per room at the hotel. I don't understand the purpose behind that. Directional signage is lacking.

Quiet, Clean and comfortable.

1) It required an $100 deposit once i arrived at the property. Which is a big inconvenience, they said if you don’t have cash it could take up to 5-7 days to be put back onto your credit or debit card. 2) The Bath towels were very small. Not adequate for adult sized. perfect size for a child or hair. 3) There was a breakfast room, just didn’t offer it anymore. So that was disappointing.

The room cooled down quickly, which is important in Georgia on the way to Florida. It was convenient to several restaurant and we received a discount by dining at a nearby place. The rooms were very clean and well supplied. The bathroom was well designed.

No breakfast due to covid I believe, but there was coffee, and it was good. It is a little difficult to find the driveway, we missed the turn, but found it the next time.The hall carpets were stained up, but the interior of the rooms were clean.

Easy access and close shopping and eating

To be honest, the carpeting outside the elevators and in the hallways needs replacing. It didn’t smell bad or cause a hazard, it just looked bad

Small room but comfortable. No breakfast. Getting in and out the parking lot was difficult with no turning lanes on roadway.

Liked easy parking, very nice ladies at front desk and morning desk lady was very nice. No breakfast they said due to covid. The place was well lit, close to places to walk to get dinner after a long drive. The bed was clean and comfortable. This was dog friendly -we stayed because we needed a hotel our fur baby could be. Room had wood floors, which we like - cleaner than carpeted floors. Bathroom has been updated. Room was updated. Air was cold.... all good

I booked for a free breakfast, but they said they stopped doing breakfast due to covid. Other hotels at least sending you on your way with a sack meal..... hmmmm. Or they should not advertise it on Booking.com. The edges of the room had dust and dirt, I think the cleaning folks aren't paying attention or they aren't sweeping properly. It was easy to see on the dark wood floors.
